It used to be really good but it seems like the girls think being rude is edgy. Sadly it reflects on the drink. Maybe it was just a bad day but dont really want to find out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

On good days, its not bad. On bad days... oh boy. During holidays or rush hour, the lines can be ridiculous and the baristas just gets stacked with drinks. The result? Poor quality experience and drinks. I would give it a 2.5 stars if I can.

Coffee at this place tastes like water due to excessive dilution. Apparently, they keep adding water to the machine without replenishing it with fresh coffee. This is poor business ethics. Customers are ripped off. We wonder why store management didn't do anything to forbid such practice.

For being in the middle of the Brea Mall plaza, this is a really good Starbucks. There are seats both in the front and in the back of the shop. The customer service here is really good. No matter how busy it gets, the staff are really nice and patient. It has everything that you'd look for in a traditional Starbucks, but not a clover machine.

Long lines, cold customer service and long wait time; When you finally do get your drink, it tastes like watery-expired-milk. Yuck! you're better off finding a better cafe

Had to wait in line today to place my drink order for 22 minutes. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for the drink to come up from the barista. Iced tea, unsweetened? Seriously? I told the manager that 44 minutes was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an iced tea. He told me sorry that someone went home sick and they are busy. No offer to comp my drink or give me any courtesy at all. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Super slow line but its your basic Starbucks if you need your usual fix of caffeine
