It is 7:40 pm Tuesday and several cars in front of us going through drive thru, it is CLOSED! Change your hours on the website if you are not going to be open. This was the second Starbucks we have gone to and the other one (Airline Drive) was also CLOSED!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The young black lady and the goofy looking white boy were very very rude, slamming my drink and straw down. Very unpleasant attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. It’s Christmas Eve what horrible service. Seriously. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst Starbucks in the area. The drinks never taste the same and I have had to get mine remade twice in one day. It was a straight menu item. No extras or add ins.
