Pretty standard Starbucks, drinks are good, food is fair. They’re very on top of mobile orders usually which is much appreciated. Most of the baristas are friendly and greet you at the register or pickup area. Shoutout to Trevor who’s usually on drive thru when I visit. Drive through... They made the wrong drink. I parked, walked in with the drink and receipt, which clearly showed what I ordered. They would not give any consideration or compensation for the hassle/time... Just offered to remake the drink. So... Their incompetence is on YOU, the customer, not them. I took a refund. Sad if this is a corporate thing. I'm hoping this Herndon/Willow store is just a sorry outlier in customer service. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

DISGUSTING! SEE PHOTOS! Since 12/16/17, I have been trying to improve the deplorable conditions at this Starbucks location to no avail. I have sent numerous emails with photographs to Starbucks' customer service but there has been a lack of response and no improvement. Hopefully improvements will soon be made and I will be able to revise my review. Please note the conditions are not due to current supervisors or baristas neglecting their assigned duties rather the problems appear to be a result of poor middle management.
