Self employed for 30 years! Sensitive to customer service. Extremely poor service and attitude from the staff who took the order. Just watched the same treatment of an elderly gentleman. Poor reflection of the training and ownership frankly. Should have gone to the local non chain shop. Will next time I want overpriced brew on a cold rainy day. Last visit to this chain. I am highly disappointed in this store, as a former starbucks shift lead i felt EXTREMELY judged and disrespected from ordering the drink that i normally get. I walked in at 7am there was 1 car in the drive through and only one other customer physical in the store. I ordered my drink which is typically a Iced London fog latte, which i know is a drink that requires 5 minutes to steep hence the reason i went inside and not through the drive through. As i was ordering my drink Frank (i believe was his name)who was behind the counter informed me that it would take 5 minutes to steep, i told him that is totally fine and i dont mind waiting. Upon that he rolled his eyes and continued taking my order. I ordered a food item and a drink, my food item never got called out but my drink did. I saw the same man at the register slam my food onto the counter. I am NEVER the kind of person to leave a bad review about any business, however knowing how my former store was and me knowing the standard that starbucks as a company is supposed to be upholding i am very upset with the way i was treated as a customer in this store. It's a Starbucks. But what really is a Starbucks? Or what really is a good coffee? It's a fast, reliable, homogenized, coffee experience. It hits all the targets it has created for itself. The coffee is neither bad nor exquisit. It is not too hot or too cold. It is a very Goldy Locks sort of business. It's always there. It's middle of the road, to midway. Its a solid 3 star establishment. What more could you expect? Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Just a fyi , this particular location Starbucks in Alpharetta by the Goodwill Everytime I go there and order me a cheese danish they never give me a napkin but then they’ll have the nerve to prompt you to ask if u wanna leave a tip absolutely not especially when Everytime I repeat have to ask for a napkin. The manager and much of the staff is very friendly. The service level sucks. I have an order that is exactly as it was put in the menu but this location has the ability to mess it up more often than get it correct: Peach Citrus White Tea Lemonade no cane sugar. Also, having staff member MaKayla cop an attitude when I bring in two incorrect drinks from earlier in the day... That were pineapple - you're lucky I'm not allergic! Yes, I'm going to question if your peach is actually peach when it has been pineapple all morning. I'm sorry would have gone a lot farther than your attitude. Instead of just taking my remade drinks and going home without a second thought - you get this review. Attached are pictures of the two remade drinks (also not full but whatever) and the smiley face is made by my usual Starbucks Barista. Can anyone else guess which one has peach in it!?!?!

I hate writing bad reviews but I’ve never been to a more disorganized Starbucks. I went today and it took forever. They put my order at the drive through window, picked it up but didn’t realize it was mine since she never asked for my name, then remade me a drink without asking exactly what my order was and made a grande instead of a venti finally to realize it had been sitting at the drive through this whole time. They messed up two other peoples orders while I was there even though it took longer than other locations to get the drinks out. Maybe retraining is needed. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Very good Starbucks.....never screw up your payments or orders like so many do. It is always amazing to me that a place that 90% of the patrons use the app that the cashiers don't know how to do the transactions......not at this location!! They are well trained. Great manager (ask for Raymond). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
