Clean and quiet, nobody in sight besides myself. Idk why service was slow…my husband went through the drive-thru and I went inside…he was done way before me and I was the only person inside 🥴 It appears that drive through is quicker than inside. Great location out on the Branson strip. I ordered pickup and my drink was ready as soon as I got there. Super nice employees and the store is clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The coffee is pretty good. I usually stick to the iced caramel macchiato. The service is extremely slow though even when it’s not busy. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Been here for 30 minutes and 30 more to go they are that busy with one person making cold drinks and 1 making hot....3 to 4 for the drive through......remind me to never go to another Starbucks again....1 hour for a hot coffeee...... would have been better at the gas station Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had one of the best Starbucks experiences, made it feel like a personable local shop! Talon, Ivy, and especially Christal at the window. I ordered the Oleato and since it was new I didn’t know if I was going to like it. Thankfully they knew what they were doing and knew what to expect based off customer feedback. It was a carefully crafted drink, but not my style. She said it would be more of an acquired taste and that she had added a few things to make it better. She was nice enough to have Talon make me my favorite drink as well as give me a sample of her improvements. A much better and balanced taste. Again. Don’t get this kind of experience at most Starbucks stores. Will definitely be making this one my default. Some cool people here at the moment! My favorite location! One of the female baristas knows my car and greets me by name as soon as I pull up to the speaker to even mention my order.
