The gals that work here in the AM are exemplary! This is what a Starbucks should be: delicious consistency, down to earth kindness, clean modern ambiance, and someone who knows your name (and drink). These gals deserve a generous raise and should be training others! Even both my kids commented on how the gals make their vanilla bean crème taste better than any other location we’ve been to in the US (in 20 different states). Now if an 8 & 10 year old can tell the difference then it’s worth listening. On another note: the afternoon guys make the most awful drinks and are rude in that indifferent don’t care would rather be somewhere else kind of attitude. Starbucks in and around the Sandy area is so weird. You order a caramel macchiato and they barely put any syrup in and if they do they don't stir it, so you can't taste it for 90% of the coffee. So you have to call them out on it and have them make it again. It's amazing this place is as busy as it is with such awful coffee. Take pride in your work. Even if you're just making coffee take pride in the fact you're doing it correctly. Then you have an objective measurement where you can say, "You know what? I did a great job today, better than most. I'm going to keep doing the best job I can. One of the main focuses of my time, my job, I'm very good at. I like that I'm very good at what I do. The world is a better place, because I'm good at what I do." Instead of, "I can save a couple of seconds by not pumping the syrup twice and taking a stirrer and stirring the coffee."

This Starbucks closes way too early it's so frustrating! Dutch Brother's stays open till 11pm. I wish this store would stay open at least a couple hours later. I just pulled in here at 6:03 on a Saturday evening and they're closed. 👎🏼 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

I ordered two grande lattes and they both came like this! Cold, lacking flavor, and this is how full they came. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered a venti sweet cream cold brew with a double shot. Having ordered it all summer, you can taste espresso,band see the darker color. This definitely did not have either. I asked at the window if they git my double and he said yea definitely, which was apparently not true. Super disappointed considering it's a 6 dollar drink.. not a fan of this location.

Waited in the drive through behind only 5-6 cars for roughly 25 minutes today (a Saturday morning at 11AM), to find out this location was closed (despite it showing as open on Google). The wait was cars waiting to have their orders taken, only to realize no one was there to take their order. I had called their number while waiting in line, and there was no voice message stating they were closed. I think we can all agree being stuck in a drive through line you cannot get out of is entirely frustrating. When I drove past the location 15 minutes later, there was still a line of at least 10 vehicles in the drive through while the location was still closed. Not updating business information on Google has caused multiple people to waste their time, and possibly miss scheduled engagements like I did. Looking through previous reviews, it looks like this isn’t the first time this location has had this same issue.

Just wanted to say Lexi & Taylor (sorry if I misspelled/put the wrong names 😅) made our day by fixing our order that a different Starbucks location messed up. They are always very kind and get orders taken care of insanely fast. So huge thanks to them for being awesome, they deserve a promotion or two!

Worst Starbucks in the Sandy. They always get something wrong. I always regret not going up the street. Today I asked for coffee oat milk and no sugar was given coffee with almond milk. When they went back to make it I saw them do an americano and add water and oat milk to my remade coffee and they put sugar in it….It tasted nasty. Can’t even get a regular cup of coffee with just oat milk. Go elsewhere. Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
