Hot chocolate is amazing to get at this time of year, as per usual. Was NOT HAPPY with the barista tonight. She initially gave me my drink at the window, and told me to have a good night. I then asked for a stopper and a gift card balance. She then acted annoyed after that. NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR especially when I spend money here. If you want to know what time it was, it was 7:10 PM on January 2, 2024

Our coffee came quickly, muffin and croissant came 10 min later. Wouldn’t bother posting except when I enquired if they had forgotten the food the lady behind the counter was so rude in answering!

I'm honestly so tired of the inconsistance here. Is it difficult to correctly measure milk? When you are paying $7 for a drink it should be what you ask for. Food: 4 Service: 2
