Clean and orderly. Not busy just before 9am on a Friday. Can’t quite reconcile that Starbucks doesn’t open until 9-it is a coffee/breakfast joint after all! But the 7-Eleven coffee wasn’t too bad, and the service was good. Clean bathrooms.

I am at this starbucks store now and had the worst customer service experience. She flat out yelled at me the service was closed. I was not even in the line and was waiting for my wife. She was very friendly with the person next to me and took his order. May be she didn't like the color of my skin. She was also very disrespectful with my wife when she placed her order. Hope someone checks out the tapes and takes action against her.

Really not sure I have the right location I just know I’ve bought coffee twice at the Starbucks on the PA northeast extension figured first time it was a fluke the coffee was terrible and my Frappuccino was worse but it’s official… this time they forgot to add the coffee to my Latte 🤔 here I sit on my way to Buffalo with a cup of steamed milk. Heads up, try it before you walk away and don’t be in a hurry it may take awhile.

I asked for EXTRA crunch on my Caramel Ribbon crunch and they didn’t give me the extra crunch. Not only that but the girl with the curly hair had an attitude! Price per person $1–10

A WONDERFUL LADY, named Rasheeda, was the sweetest barista EVER!! She made my coffee EXACTLY HOW I LIKE IT, she had a cheering Christmas outfit , and she was EXTREMELY WELCOMING AND SWEET. Happy new year rasheeda, and thank you for the warm welcome n the great coffee🙏🏻‼️💕

Google say that they open at seven am it's now 9:11 am April 4. Female walked in with an attitude cuz she has a line .

This is a travel plaza...no one in site to wait on you. Waited but no one showed up, I even knocked on door to the back room. No one. That's just poor service people driving like coffee to keep awake. Some one needs to check this out it was 11:00 am. Very disappointed. 😕

Service was terrible. Our batista was disrespectful and was more concerned about her break than making drinks. She talked back to customers as well. I will not be returning

Approximately 4:30 a.m. June 25th 2018 the associate besides her bad attitude they didn't have any of the sandwiches ready all except for one which I particularly was not interested in so I declined making a purchase there at all

Stopped by heading home on PA Turnpike. One person behind the counter with 4 other people taking care of trash cans etc. 15 minutes before my order was taken. Completely unacceptable service.
