So, starting off I am not as much of a Starbucks connoisseur as my wife is so I don't know how the drink should look most of the time. But, if I was a new customer I wouldn't know anyway. So, the drinks in the picture are the same type of drink but from two different stores. Both are a Horchata almond milk frappuccino. The left is from a store off base. The right is from the store on base. Notice how different they are. The left is an actual frap and the right is like an iced coffee with ice. My wife told me that it wasn't right but I didn't know until we went to another store to compare. When I first ordered it took awhile for the staff to figure out on the computer what I ordered and then asked again what kind of drink it was. I noticed that the staff was not familiar with the drink and used a hand-written guide to make it. I know it's a new store that had been open for about a month but it seems the staff needs additional training for the drinks. Everyone was nice and polite but I won't come back for a while.

Staff food and drinks are great! Everything at this location has changed (for the better) tremendously in the last year!

This place is the worst. Every time I have come in here with in the past two weeks it's one person taking peoples orders, and making the drink. It took me 20 minutes to get my drink. I was late getting back to work. I paid $5 for that drink of course I was going to wait. If that's not bad enough the manager seems to have a could care less attitude.

Haven't quite figured out why the constant difference in price for the same drink every time I come to this location. I order same size drink every time with light ice and depending on who is at the register I have now got charged 3 different prices in the past 2 months??

I usually get a venti ice coffee and everytime I have gotten it from this location it tastes horrible and bitter even when I get a flavor not just classic. I never have this problem when I go off base to a Starbucks. Done giving this location chances

Drinks are good. Staff (the few that work) are friendly. Service is SLOOOOOOOOOOW. Only two behind the counter during the lunch rush. Line all the way out the door, but no one seems to notice. Manager makes drinks, new girl behind the register, and everyone else just shuffles around trying to look busy. Again, while the line is out the door during the lunch rush. Crazy.
