Many people point out that waiters offer good breakfast sandwiches here. Guests visit Starbucks to taste great caramel latte, tea or frappes. The convenient location of this place makes it easy to reach by any transport. A lot of visitors find that the staff is competent here. Terrific service is something clients like here. The quiet atmosphere will be exactly just what you need after a long working week. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Have been to this Starbucks several times and it's definitely a good location. Never been disappointed with the service. Ideally located next to 696 and very prompt service. Ample seating available though some comfortable couch seating would be better than hard wood chairs. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The drive thru here is consistently the slowest I've ever experienced for a Starbucks. At least my Pikes Place was still good. The inside is on par with just about any other. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I recently moved to the area and honestly this location makes never want to go to a Starbucks ever again. I have had to wait 30+ minutes at my most recent experience for one latte. The drinks also do not taste as good. I got the Pumpkin Spice Latte, which is my favorite and go to fall drink at Starbucks, but the drink tasted disgusting and nothing like I've had before. It reminded me of a hot dog. I recommend going to local coffee shops such as Ground Control or Apothecary! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru literally moved 1 car at the speaker, 1 at the window. This line moved extremely slow, not like most. The way the drive thru line is positioned is confusing. Some enter from Orchard Lake & some from 12 mile making 2 lines form. The Drive thru needs to be modified so that it's clear who's turn is next!!! After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes I ordered an iced shaken espresso with Hazelnut, they gave me an iced hazelnut latte instead. I was just gonna keep it until I took a sip, even if that was what I ordered it was way too sweet. I went in and showed them what I usually order in my app and they attempted to make it again, I should’ve just asked for my money back because that was definitely not it either so I just tossed it in the trash and walked out. They were understaffed and clearly had no knowledge on how to make the drinks they offer on their menu. I would’ve gave a 0/5 if I could, I will never go to this location again. This place pisses me off to the max. Not only do they leave the sandwhich bags and pastry bags out. There are flies actually crawling INSIDE the bag. The floor has used napkins on it! NOT TO MENTION THE WAIT TIME. Last time they made my drink wrong twice before giving me a sorry excuse for my drink. This time I waited damn near 30 minutes for a tall pumpkin spice. People who were coming in after me were being served BEFORE me. Never coming here again in my life. Worst Starbucks there is. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been going to various Starbucks over the last few years, but I recently moved near this one and Surly (I hope I'm spelling this right) makes this one my favorite. Yesterday I came in after placing a mobile order, see it's not ready and sit down. Surly asked for my name, and made my drink. After giving me my drink they tell me to have a good day but noticed I sat back down and asks if I have a food item to which I say yes. Some time goes by and some food gets placed down for a different name. Surly checks and notices my food was put down with that name and let's me know and gives it to me. It was a level of customer service I haven't received from Starbucks before and definitely made it a great experience! Thank you so much! Sorry if this hurts feeling. Should hire people that can read. Can't get the order right, will have to try a different one. That's how Starbucks work, you have to look to find a good one. Service is horrible. Your best bet is to close it down. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Im a bit concerned as I visited this location recently and the lobby was closed or the manager would ask everyone to leave due to lack of staffing. They do leave the drive-through open for the rest of the day only. The the staff here is super friendly and always greets me with a smile. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I asked for an iced carmel macchiato and they gave me the one on the left! It tasted like oatmilk and Carmel without the espresso. The lady that was taking my order was extremely rude. I went to a different location a mile down and they handed me the coffee on the right, which tasted a lot better. My order on the left didn’t even come with a receipt sticker that gets put on the cups. Would not recommend you getting your coffee at this location.
