I often go here during the work week and everything is usually fine. I picked up my latte this morning and went to the office. When I opened the lid at my desk, I found it was only 2/3 full! Today, I spent 30 minutes in the drive-through, and honestly, I wish the weather wasn't so rainy. Unfortunately, it was pouring. My sole intention was to pick up my mobile order. If I had known the drive-through experience would be so challenging, I would have chosen to collect my order inside the store. This is the first time I've encountered such a prolonged wait at any Starbucks drive-through. To exacerbate the situation, the representative who assisted me seemed unable to locate my order or even identify what I had ordered. She even inquired about water, leaving me confused. To add to the frustration, the drink she handed me appeared diluted and poorly made, as if it had been sitting there for an extended period. Given that it contained oat milk, it shouldn't have looked as subpar as it did. The drink lacked flavor; all I could taste was water, and the oat milk flavor was completely diluted. In summary, I have no intention of returning to that particular Starbucks location. For anyone contemplating the drive-through, I would advise avoiding the hassle and either opting for counter service or hoping for a representative who knows what they're doing. Staff was very slow making the drinks. Waited 30 mins in the store and they didn’t even start making our drinks. The cashier made the excuse that they were making cafe, online, and delivery orders and that’s why they were so slow. Every single time I come through the drive thru it takes about 30 minutes to get through. I don't understand why it takes SO long. Starbucks window time is supposed to be under 4 minutes (former employee). Unfortunately, this is the closest one by me so I'm kind of stuck coming to this one. I know I would get faster service inside of the giant though.

I went to this Starbucks location around 4:00 p.m. the drive-thru line was pretty long and it did take a while to get everyone's stuff. It looked like there was only one person making the drinks and taking the orders, so that was definitely not enough staff for the amount of traffic coming through. I walked into this Starbucks expecting to purchase a regular earl grey. There were about 3 or 4 people in front of me. Why did it take 15 mins for the line to move? Since I couldn't wait any longer, I left the establishment without being able to purchase my tea. I don't understand what the hold up was. Gotta catch this Starbucks before they're busy. For the drive thru line to be as long as it was I was surprised the in-store service was so fast. The staff was friendly and courteous, the coffees were awesomely prepared. However, two points I had to subtract for cleanliness. There is no seating offered right now so there should be no trash on the floor. And if you have a spill mop it up instead of placing a wet floor sign next to it.

I usually don’t come to this location very often. I have been coming to this location twice at the drive-through, and this young lady name Naya was very, very friendly great customer service! Miss Naya haves so much patience! She is so friendly with everyone and I bet she gives the same energy to everyone!
