Cant make a decent drink to save their life. Always so watered down and no flavour. Best to go to the atarbucks in krogers. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a caramel macchiato, when I got home they had given me warm almond milk. I went back the next day, same order and they forgot the flavoring. Day 3, same as day 2. I think they’re training people so I’d avoid this location for a month or so. 10/19/19

Didn't care for this Starbucks.This location is inside of Target. The girl working wasn't friendly. She handled money before our order then proceeded to grab our cups for our order with her fingers inside each cup before cleaning her hands. Needless to say half my group wouldn't drink their order. When the drinks were ready the girl never said they were ready. I stood in line and got back to the counter before she told us they were ready 🙄 Most likely won't order from this particular location in the future.

Nice quiet Starbucks. I ordered the green tea. The staff was pleasant. Even though they messed up my order they corrected it right away. Great place to chill and relax. In the afternoon can get busy people need there caffeine pick me up.

Very very poor customer service skills. I had to repeat my order several times to the barista. I was super nice about it the entire time too. The barista on duty was very rude and mumbled under her breath. And even after I repeated my order several times she still got my order wrong, I didn’t wanna go back and tell her to remake it bc I didn’t wanna to cause nay problems .. not the first time this has happened. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Love love love starbucks. But these new straws are the most horrible idea. They get soggy and taste terrible. I mean who wants there drink to taste like paper. 🤮 want the old straws back. Thank you.

Friendly friendly the order of the day here. I walk in the they are already holding a cup waiting to see if I want my usual. Blueberry scone awesome. Can't beat this group of folks. An early highlight to my day

Worst experience at a store. My husband and I were shopping at Target and once we were done he stopped in to Starbucks to get us two venti cups full of ice with a double shots of expresso in each one. The lady working there that day told him that she would not sell him that. She wasn't going to sell us double shots of espresso in a venti cup we tried to explain to her that we were going to use it to put something else in in this case it was a protein shake but she was having none of it and refused him service when my husband explain to her that she was throwing away a sale of two double shots in each glass she said well I'll be happy to sell it to in a small smaller cup but I will not sell it to you like this. Since we were only buying it to put the protein shake in in the first place we had to leave the store rejected from service the main thing she kept saying was we don't sell venti cups of ice. It was really strange why you would let somebody walk away without spending any money in lieu of them spending $5 and some change is beyond me for a cup that couldn't possibly cost more than $0.20 we went to a location right down the road another Starbucks and ordered the same thing and they were extremely friendly and nice and we're really surprised when we told him what had happened at the previous Target location. Will never go back to that Starbucks ever!
