The barista was super sweet and attentive when we asked about napkins to wipe the tables down outside. She was so sweet and came out and did it for us. We enjoyed the quiet shade outside with an iced pumpkin chair late. And they even wrote happy birthday on my cup and a few of them even wished me happy birthday too. I've ordered several times from this location and although the service is awesome, they've gotten my order wrong several times and the coffee I got this morning was only half full! I placed a mobile order to pickup my drink for my birthday, and we went through the drive through. The worker was rude when we told her we had a mobile order and was also rude at the window. I go to this Starbucks all the time. I almost always get myself a cute and delicious cake pop. The employees here are efficient and kind, one day on a seemingly very stressful day for the team, they made a small mistake on my order but made up for it by giving me a free drink next time which is an incredible customer experience!!! I went here to pick up a quick drink and these were my thoughts. Pros - Friendly staff when ordering - Tasty drinks and snacks - Good value for items purchased - Nice and trendy atmosphere - Clean tables, floors and chairs - Good variety of menu items Cons - Bathrooms and garbages were cluttered - Long wait time - No soda selection - Not family or group friendly - Minimal staff to customer interaction Overall an okay experience, tasty drinks and snacks, however the bathrooms were kinda gross and I felt awkward standing and waiting for my drink. I don’t know if I would go back to sit in, rather I’ll go through the drive through.

I ordered a hot carmel machiotto and a frozen frappe from uber eats at 11;49. I received them at 1;00. I contacted uber and they said to leave the merchant and delivery person a bad review. It is ubers fault as they couldn't assign a driver. This is not starbucks fault nor the driver. I have pictures of the conversation and the drinks Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30

This was not a good trip to Starbucks. We came in with a group of 7, 30 minutes later, we still don't all have our coffee. Friendly staff, plenty of people working, but 20 people have come and gone since we came in and still no coffee. Turns out they forgot about our orders. We had to ask them to make the coffee. They offered one person in our group a $5 gift card.
