Having seen Walt Whitman Birthplace, it's time to have a rest at Starbucks. Perfectly cooked chocolate croissants are what a lot of tourists try here. According to the guests' opinions, waiters serve delicious latte or great macchiato. This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. This spot provides meals at fair prices. Based on the visitors' feedback on Google, Starbucks deserved 4.2.

If I could give 0 I would. Naven is a terrible store manager. Very mean, racist, inconsiderate and rude. I ordered two drinks from them and informed them that one of the drinks was wrong. Naven told me he made the drinks and there is no way he could have done it wrong. Because obviously he is perfect right? He told me he wasn’t going back and forth with me about something he knows he did correct. He has no customer service skills. He then took it a step further and told me that I always complain. I have been to this store twice…..he must think all black people look alike. He doesn’t know me. He judged me. And then decided he wasn’t going to serve me. I felt like I was in the 70s. Very terrible establishment that I will be complaining about everyday until Naven is out of there. HE SHOULD NOT REPRESENT STARBUCKS! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sadly, I went from loving this location when it first opened for it's convenience, to no longer wanting to go to this store! I have had two experiences recently that left me very unhappy... And quite frankly was not up to the high standard that I'm used to from Starbucks! The women working at the end of the night at this store are extremely rude and unprofessional. I spend $10 every night on my way home from work at a starbucks... And I always pay cash! I do not own a credit card and I do not have a debit card, therefore I only use cash! During both incidents, they took my order at the window, and then proceeded to ask me if I had a card to use because they were not going to be accepting cash. It was 9:10 the last time I was there... 20 minutes before closing, and they refused to take my order because I only had cash! This happened to me twice! The last time I had to wait behind another car that was actually receiving their order! I will never again go to this store! The first incident, I tried to use a gift card because they refused to take cash and it wouldn't go through so the manager basically threw the drink at me and slammed the windows closed ....which left me confused and quite upset!!!! I will never ever again go to this store! They definitely need new employees, and a much more competent and professional night manager!! Turning customers away is ridiculous! I work all day, and I look forward to my coffee on my way home. It was too late both nights to go to another location, and with the amount of money I spent there weekly, it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Worst experience(s) at a Starbucks...ever! Staff is always super nice and I have never had an issue with how my drinks are made. Seems to be quick whether I go inside or use the drive thru!

Drinks are consistently made wrong. All I ever seem to get are $7 paper cups of foam (when I ask for light or no foam) and the drinks never taste the same either. They also often make the drink cold when it should have been hot. Always out of the food we want too. The other location on Broadhollow is 10x better, I guess they have a functional manager over there. Seems like no one is trained properly at this one

9/14/22 @ 1:20PM I visited this Starbucks to finish up some school work. I am beyond pleased w/ the friendliness of the staff. I had questions regarding the new apply crisp macchiato and the barista pleasantly answered all my questions as well as the manager followed up w/ me on her way out to ask me how the drink was. I trully appreciate the hospitality of this store.
