It was 1 hour prior to closing, my daughter and I came to this location for the first time. Worst decision ever! Should have gone to the Fairmont location. They take over 30 mins and drive thru wasn't even long. Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I actually work for Starbucks, so I'm slightly biased, but I really enjoy working at this store. They have so much extra room to move around & the staff has always been so kind & welcoming to me when I fill in there. They treated everyone with respect & their drinks were perfect. Don’t recommend this location it isn’t the first time I have to wait over 20 minutes for a drink here. Drive thru wasn’t even long and lobby wasn’t as full and there were plenty of employees working. It’s ridiculous and seems like they prioritize the drive thru over lobby. Needs new management or something. Service: 1

Staff at this location is quite rude, unhelpful, service is poor and slow (not a good combo), messed up my very simple order as well. I just don't like that when you go through the drive-thru, they throw the tip option at you. If you pay with a card, the machine asks if u would like to leave a tip! I mean what!! They just did their job and provided me with my food. Why should I tip them for drive thru??? Other than that everything is great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
