I came here with my mom and sister a bit before closing time. The lady was very nice so great costumer service. Our drinks were prepared quickly so thats was really good as well. The drinks were super refreshing. The place is a bit small, so you can’t really stay there while you have your drinks but overall this is a very great Starbucks. 😌 Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered a Tall Mocha. Cup was just a little more than half full. Unacceptable. This remodeled location just reopened 10/2/23. All seating is now gone. Very tiny inside now, pickup only. Poorly made drink, poorly redesigned store. Won’t be back.

Love the new carryout only atmosphere. Service is so much quicker now staff is just as attentive. I will wait in line here before I will go to the one located across the street in target. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went in today around 8:05am and I asked the lady at the front counter by the name Nikki if my 2 drinks of a iced vanilla latte and a grande cappuccino were ready and she simply had attitude and said NO. Then I checked and in my app it said it was ready and then she said she never got it but then a second later she got it. I asked her to hurry up making my drinks because I was going to be late to work. By all means avoid this location because Nikki messed up my iced drink by putting a lot of ice in it when I said light ice. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have not had a positive experience since this location has reopened. I've had orders prepared incorrectly in 2 of my last 3 visits and each time I've gone to pick up my order I've stood at the glass waiting for an employee to assist me only have to interrupt a personal conversation to get my oder. Go to the one on 111th. Avoid this place.

You know what is disappointing? When someone doesn't make you $6-8 coffee beverage to perfection all the time aka everytime. That is why I come here, because I can always count on my drink being made to perfection. This is hands down the best Starbucks near me, without a doubt. You can tell that the staff truly works hard to make sure every customer leaves happy. Thanks Starbucks, Corry 😉

The remodel of this store is terrible. No more seating to talk with friends while having a coffee. Also, no restrooms for customers. Starbucks has lost thier way. This redesign is more appropriate where Starbucks is having issues with people but its not appropriate at this store. Starbucks must hate the heart of thier client base but love the money they make and the decerese in costs. THE REDESIGN IS TERRIBLE. Octoner 3, 2023. Check my order account everyday mobile order at least 2 drink between 7-9am. I've waited for several minutes. Never had an issue. Food has been late and in return made me late. Of course I've gotten the wrong drink 5 tines this year but I've blamed it in others taking my drink. Today was it, the last straw. At the drive through an order was placed the rude worker taking orders argued with me over a pup cup saying they don't do that and the manager is going to get in trouble for giving it to my son and dog on memorial day. Then canceled my remaining order ave saying have a good day. 2mins later should would not come back to the speaker. Best customer service yet. Probably will never go back now. Should have stuck with mobile ordering at least the worker with red hair is awesome

For about 6 years their speaker box has not displayed your order resulting in numerous times repeating yourself or finding when you get to the drive up window what's what. Now the screen box is gross---was blank until this summer when it looks like something is growing inside the box --like white mold!!!! It's finally got to me! When placing your order for drink/food it looks disgusting. Considering the price increase over these few years I would think a repair or replacement could be made by now.
