We were told it would be 15 minutes which is fine, the place was packed. After placing our order, they told us it would be 30 minutes. In this time I jave watched the drive-through line cycle through at least 60 cars. There's about 8 of us in the store. The total wait time was 49 minutes. Absolutely horrendous. Clearly they are not prioritizing customers appropriately. I will definitely be going to Black Rifle the rest of my stay and all future stays here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Girl was oblivious to me waving her down after closing the drive through window on me. Grave me the wrong drink. Had to go inside to correct it. Not a great location if that's how they are.

35-45 min wait for coffee ? Could be working faster imo. I’ve seen several Starbucks staff work way harder than this one. I left and never ordered after being there 10 mins and being told it would be that long before I received my coffee. And there was like 6/7 staff members…

Drink was made well. However, when I stopped, the wait was at least 20 or close to 30 minutes just for a drink, close to noon on a weekday. I can imagine how awful it must be earlier in the morning! The staff was very kind while dealing with other impatient people who were waiting, which I commend them for. They really need more Starbucks or other coffee shops in the area - this place is way too swamped to be able to provide proper service in a smaller location.
