The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked sandwiches. Order good pumpkin spice latte, moccachino or white mocha. this starbucks is super unprofessional. if you’re going to close early on new year’s eve put a sign up, turn off the drive through ordering menu, have the decency to let people know hey we are actually closing early. instead of having a massive line form waiting. it would’ve simply took letting a few people know and shutting off some things.even a sign taped to the drive thru would’ve been great. people just do the bare minimum . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service is💯! I go through the drive thru daily sometimes a few times a day. I’m always greeted with a smile & 99.9% of the time, a perfect coffee. Thank y’all for all you do!!! Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Service: 5

It's was VERY nice that evening.. I actually sat outside and enjoyed My mocha cookie crumble at half price with My 50% off coupon! Signed in to their free Wi-Fi and enjoyed My games as well.. Thanks Starbucks ☺️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This store is the worst! I have called corporate about them 3 times in two months! I simply order a shaken expresso with very light ice and get excuses from them about how "it's too unsafe for them to do very light ice with hot expresso!" So on my last visit 5 Aug, I told the female taking my order that corporate had already confirmed that they absolutely COULD make my drink as I ordered it, she refused and referred to me as "hun" over and over again. I told her it was disrespectful and unprofessional, at which time the so called "manager" said he refused to now make my drink at all and that I should go somewhere else. WHICH I DID right nextdoor at Target, AND HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED!! (No problem in Wilmington NC, Myrtle Beach SC and Sumter SC in the past few days either!!!!) Ridiculous reasoning, poor customer service, unprofessional attitude, and clearly in need of some retraining or replacement of manager/staff at the Berkeley Drive Store!!! Anytime I get a venti shaken espresso it’s either not filled up all the way, or completely full of ice. Seems like they just add extra ice to “fill” it up…

The workers are oftentimes great. They're usually always busy here. Drink order is hit or miss. Depends on the knowledge of who's fixing your drink. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I ordered a large macha green tea Frappuccino and a cake pop. The only thing that was good was the cake pop.. the macha green tea tasted like dirt and it was too dark so I knew something was off and I always get that drink from Starbucks. This was my first time trying this Starbucks at this location. I wasted my money for this trash!!!

Ordered a latte and got a cup full of flavored milk. I sent my husband to pick it up for me and the man knows nothing about coffee so he had no clue what it was supposed to look like. I tired calling over 10 times and got no answer. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely frustrated that I paid $8 for a darn glass of milk....

My husband and I have had nothing but good experiences here. We have met nice people to chat with while enjoying our coffee, both customers and employees. This mocha latte was made by Lucas the barista and it was delicious!!! Love Starbucks!!
