It's worth visiting this cafe because of nicely cooked breakfast sandwiches. Frappes lovers will find it great. It's easy to find Starbucks due to the convenient location. If you look through the visitors' reviews, employees are attentive at this place. The cozy atmosphere makes a positive impression on guests. Google users awarded this spot 4.1.

By far the worst Starbucks in Bellingham. They always take a long time to prepare the order and there's a 90% chance that they messed up your drink or forgot part of your food. But the worst part is that when you have a mobile order and you have ordered ahead. At a normal Starbucks you go to the counter pick-up area and are greeted and they ask you your name to see if your order is coming. At this location they seem to go out of their way to ignore you and not make any eye contact or acknowledge you. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting for a mobile order until I had to give up and walk over to the order area and ask about my order. My food had been sitting on their back counter already bagged and sitting there who knows how long, and they hadn't even started my drink yet. I'll literally drive across town to Sunset instead of going to this location now. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Just as good as any other Starbucks. lobby is closed! We walked over and could not go inside. You have to use the drive through

Very rude staff. I ordered drip coffee and yet I was still forced to wait 10 min while they prioritized new drive through and mobile orders. There was at least 4 members of staff standing around and talking not helping customers. When I asked if I could get my drip coffee I was told to be patient and wait. When the barista finally served me, my coffee was slammed in front of me and I was given attitude. Unacceptable! I will never return to this location again! I’ve been to many locations in many different countries and drip coffee always takes precedence. It’s not enough to train the employees at this location. The management needs to be trained first!

Their new round of employees after a store walkout weeks ago needs some work. There was not one smile in the whole place. My oder was placed on the table without being called, I had no idea it was mine and after waiting for five minutes I had to check it out for myself. The drink was a waste of money. It was a simple iced black tea with a half squirt of raspberry and It tasted like sweet water. Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
This is a new Starbucks for me, as I have moved jobs. I haven't been disappointed, so give it a try. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Supervisor here! We appreciate the patience and kindness of our customers when they show it. Starbucks is making it very hard for us to operate. Cutting labor and consistently changing operational hours and a string of managers that just don’t show up. The baristas and supervisors as a whole really appreciate our regulars that help make things a little easier.

I am extremely disappointed with this particular Starbucks branch. Whenever I place an order through Doordash or UberEats, I make sure to avoid this location and opt for the Sunset Drive branch instead, as the preparation quality here is consistently subpar. To my dismay, my venti coffee was only filled halfway during my last order. Despite giving this store multiple chances, it is evident that both the management and staff are poorly trained and managed. Be nice to the employees. It appears that the drive thru is still the only way to get service and it takes a very long time (lobby is still closed). As we move into the holidays, if this is your only choice, keep in mind that they appear to be understaffed and it may take a while to get what you need. I have visited this store occasionally over the last year and my experience is the same every time. Please don’t blame the employees. I hope Starbucks can figure this out and get it up to their service standards.

The staff is unfailing kind at this location! We pick up orders for work often, and they handle it like pros. Today I stopped by and a couple cars behind me were exhibiting some less than stellar behavior to the staff (insulting, aggressive) I could hear it from the open window of my vehicle. The manager on duty was incredibly professional, and handled it perfectly while the team member helping me was professional. Give this team props when you can, service is a hard spot to be.
