I actually went inside this time instead of the drive- thru and they have so many amazing cups and tumblers and mugs. Y'all should go check them out. I had a problem with my drink and Lauren was just wonderful getting it fixed. I pop by every now and again to do an hours worth of work at this location. I am constantly frustrated by how cold and loud the environment is. The baristas are all very nice and I never had a problem with my drinks. However, depending on when you go, you often can't hear yourself think over the roar of the music and find yourself shivering while waiting for your drink. I usually bring noise cancelation headphones and wear them to try and soften the noise, but it is still too loud. Today was the last staw when I packed up after a miserable few minutes and stepped out to find it was literally colder in the shop compared to the the 60° weather outside. They also need to clean the tables more often... These are easy fixes, but a bad enough combination that I'll be avoiding the shop in the future. Absolutely worst customers service I have ever received at any corporation. Lilian the manager and staff need to go back to training and have the main focus be on customers service. I understand it’s Christmas eve and if you are upset about having to come into work that is not something you display loudly in front of a room FILLED with upside costumer. I was waiting 45min for them to make 1 of my 3drinks I have ordered the woman who ordered before me haven’t received of her orders and when we asked about wait time the response was “we have a lot of online orders we need to get through first” (mind you there was over 15 people inside the store.) that became livid after hearing that comment. I understand you have online orders, but I feel like you should take care of the customers who are in front of you first. Especially when the wait time has been over 30min. I then politely asked for a refund and then the manager Lillian told me that she was working on my order while the woman who ordered before me had a face of confusion because she has been waiting for over an hour and why my order with getting made before hers, I declined and we ended up leaving with my refund but no drinks but thank God, there was another Starbucks only a few miles down the road. Who gave me amazing customer service so shut out to the team in Royse City!! Who also had a very long line of people waiting inside and out but were able to get my drinks in less than 10 minutes.

i normally never have problems with starbucks, but today was awful. when i first arrived i was not greeted very friendly and our cashier got both mine and my fathers order wrong, we do not drink dairy and my drink had milk in it instead of the oat-milk i asked for and my dads frap had little to no mocha in his beverage on top of that, i ordered a iced peppermint mocha and when i received the drink, no peppermint!! the Starbucks workers working on my drink were extremely friendly, but the cashier helping was extremely rude and had a huge problem with me asking very nicely to remake my drink when she was at fault. i’m disappointed and very upset . hope things change at this location! i’d love to give my service to this location eventually! I always get the same thing here but today i wanted a frappe. All i asked for was no mocha in the frappe which was acknowledged as its noted on the cup. What I got was very much only mocha. So much mocha that it could not have been an accident. I'm inclined to believe they didn't even put coffee in it. Just mocha. Thats all it tastes like. Poured $10 down the drain. love that. I ordered via mobile app so I wouldn't have to wait as long for my order but made the mistake of saying drive thru pick up. I ordered at 3:29 pm online. I got in line about 10 minutes later. I didn't receive my coffee until almost 4:20pm. It was barely warm at that point. The whole point of getting hot coffee on a cold day is to warm me up. The barista taking orders was nice but seemed to be working both drive thru and inside orders. She also almost gave me the wrong order. I know alot of places are short handed and I have patience but I am very disappointed. Highly recommend if you order on the mobile app going in to pick up. The atmosphere in this Starbucks lacks a home feeling, and the tables are too small to do intensive work on unless you sit at the handicap or long table. I understand space constraints though, so the only thing I have to say is the atmosphere is not what a Starbucks should be and the drinks were subpar. Service is quick though. It’s a free cup of “National coffee day” 09/29, heard it on the news this morning!! So excited to share the news with friends and family, that enjoys a nice treat as well as I do. I call the Greenville store and was told “No we aren’t doing anything for National coffee day”! How disappointing. I and most of my family go weekly and have for years. I will consider going again because the staff has always been so nice. Just shocked and disappointed…….guess that’s just marketing for Starbucks!
