Nice modern Starbucks but the parking lot is super tight. Recommend parking across in the plaza and walking across if you must go inside. Indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a drive thru and priority goes to that for service. Inside service is very slow. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I was so excited to get my toasted white chocolate mocha, and I usually sit in the lobby to drink my coffee but I was disgusted from the amount of boxes all around the store, it’s absolutely unacceptable to have all these boxes thrown here and there, just look at the pictures and tell me, overall my Starbucks experience was ruined today. I have visited this starbucks location multiple times over the years. I like the vibe of the indoors when not busy. Usually I go through drive through. The staff was nice. Mi amigo and I both got venti iced teas. His a black mine, mine green. We both enjoyed them. I also got a lime frosted bar which was incredible. Idk my 2nd bad experience at 330pm Tuesday. Service ridiculous no personality male at window. NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED us. After a few minutes 9 or 10 at window. I asked for my order sitting on the counter. The response I got was have a nice day. I explained this wasn't good. I was told have a nice day again. Apology would have been great and this wouldn't be posted. These two employees the woman young nose ring very common. When I'm realistic about it, this is no worse than any other Starbucks - They're all dumps. Take a look around next time you're in any Starbucks. Employees look abused. Customers look annoyed. Tables and floors are filthy. Wait time is 20 minutes. The coffee is only average. This store is a perfect example of what to expect. Seriously, what's the difference if the post office served artificially flavored pumpkin spice lattes, painted their stores green and black, and wore green aprons? Been here for over 20 minutes for two coffees. Still waiting. Management stinks. All the mobile orders are stacking up and the drive through is fast. But I ordered at register so I wait. Maybe it's because I only left a $0.50 tip for something that should take 30 seconds to make? I figured that's okay at about $60 an hour? But I guess I'm being punished because the sticker with my order hasn't moved with all the others? Who knows? So anyway, If you're looking for the standard Starbucks experience, please don't let my one-star review slow you down. You won't be dissapointed. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This spot is the most jam packed Starbucks in the area. Any time I've ordered ahead it has taken 20 - 25 minutes to receive my drink. The parking lot is small and the drive thru line is consistently spilling into the road. If at all possible, avoid this location. Waited too long for our drinks on a early early Sunday morning. Drinks came out luke warm. Contacted district manager and he could have cared less about anything. Someone needs to contact the property manager or whoever takes care of the parking lot. There are major potholes everywhere !!!! Not good and getting worse. I order a couple of coffes and they make me wait about 45 minutes for my order. I ask the manager why they was taking so long and surpricing his answer was, "they have a lot of oder from the app and the don't have enough personal to prepare the order.
