So they got workers making fun of the hearing impaired because I thought I heard my name. One of your workers gave me a bad attitude and told me it didn’t even sound the same as my name under her tongue like I can’t read lips…thats what hearing impaired people do. To be the person in charge of customer care it was disappointing. I hope she gets trained better in not making snarky undirected comments to the customers. I didn't order food, so no food review. Service is excellent, and I feel like I have some benefits with my Starbucks status for the first time. I ordered through the mobile phone and got it fast, even with a three-fold line in the store. However, perhaps because they are too busy, the macchiato tastes worse than a standard cappuccino—very milky! But as I've noticed, if you order a special drink in any Starbucks these days, no matter what you order, you end up with a latte. This was honestly the most disgusting Starbucks I’ve been to. I understand that it can get busy at times but that isn’t an excuse to ignore the obvious trash everywhere you look (see photos). With at least 5 people on shift you would think at least one could step away to deal with this disaster. Do better. Price per person $10–20

It's easy to park here early in the morning but it's a bit difficult if the shops are open and it's a busy day. The Starbucks isn't too far into the shopping area, so it's a quick walk from the parking lot. I am a world wide traveller and have never been in a Starbucks with such poor service. Ok, it was in the evening and I am sure that that location has thousands of customers a day, but they were still going to be open another hour. The two guys taking orders and serving acted like if they were drugged to a point that we thought they were making fun of us. Took our order, then said no coffee until next day because they were cleaning, then yes ,and when they called our name , we were two coffees short. When we asked for the other two, the server said they had never been ordered and to go back in line, we waited again, for the other guy to give the ok for two more coffees. The place was filthy , no napkins, stirrers or sugar available. When asked for sugar, the guy asked how many , and we said one for each coffee .He took four sugars and opened one of the coffees and poured all four in the same one and said here. ( At that point we thought we were on some type of TV show like Candid Camera) Starbucks always has young college students working, nice opportunity to help out with their studies but seriously, they should be tested Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Service: 1

Had such a great experience here yesterday afternoon. The individual at the register was SUPER helpful with a pumpkin drink I wanted veganized. I visited the store on August 31st around 7:55 pm, just five minutes before the posted closing time of 8 pm. To my surprise, even though the door was still open, the staff refused to serve me. This was particularly frustrating as I had made it before the official closing time. What saddened me the most was the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by one of employees named Nick. He displayed a complete lack of courtesy and failed to uphold the standards of customer service that I have come to expect from Starbucks. I have always been a loyal Starbucks customer due to the exceptional coffee and service provided at your establishments. However, this experience left me with a sour impression. In the future, I hope Starbucks can ensure that customers are treated with respect and that closing times are adhered to consistently. I believe that addressing these issues will help maintain the reputation of Starbucks as a top-notch coffee shop with outstanding customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Frozen lemonade was made fast, but it was not frozen at all??? There was not one trace of ice in it and I picked it up 2 minutes after I 0rdered it through the app. I don't know how it would melt it 2 minutes so either they gave me an old lemonade or they didn't use ice in it at all.
