My daughter and I both got drinks here. Her strawberry frappe was so sweet it was definitely not drinkable. My apple crisp latte was the same. I’m hoping it’s just a new barista that still needs training. My complaint is that there is a sign that states no refunds. If you aren’t going to give a refund then you better have all your employees trained to make the drinks properly. I pretty much just threw away $12.00. This Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves. Ripping off customers. Please train your employees! And if a drink isn’t correct, do the right thing and refund the money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of my favorite Barista’s makes my visit always splendid. 🥰 All of the girls are amazing and always greet me with a smile and kind words. They know my order by heart and always make small conversations while making my favorite drink. This location is not close to my home ( I live in Dallas ) but I always look forward to coming out of my way just to see y’all. Thank you so much!
