When I got to the end of my drink this hair came out of it! A blonde hair! I have DARK HAIR! NASTY AS HELL! Like I know stuff happens but this is unacceptable! Please MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE THEIR HAIR PULLED BACK! If it wasn’t so far from my house I’d go back and get my money refunded! I was in the area because I was leaving Target. Horrible service🤮 they forgot to make our order and the cashier was just talking the whole time! I waited so long I had to ask for my money back because they weren’t even making my order until I reminded them.I don’t recommend coming here .

Love the team here! Very sweet and hard working, I go to Starbucks everyday if not sometimes twice and I had the most SUPERIOR latte made by the night team on 12/23. I originally wanted a flavor they were out of and the barista took the time to tell me what options they did have and it ended up being even better than what I normally get. Ordered 2 identical drinks (customized) on the app. When I arrived at the store, one was ready, they made drinks for other people, then about 10 minutes later, my second drink was ready. I went outside, but kept looking at them and went back in because they did not customize one of the drinks. They argued and said it was because they ran out of cold brew and the second drink had new cold brew so that's why they look different. Both drinks taste completely different and you can definitely tell they did not customize the drinks as directed. Food: 1 Service: 1

I went through drive thru and I ordered the plum cheese danish the gentlemen told me they were sold out and then he walked away for like 3 minutes and I saw a lady in the background look at me on the camera and he walked back up and was like can I take your order! I asked him did he get my order he said no because he was helping somebody else and it sounded like a complete lie! When I get to the window he had Jazmin hand me my order at which she was very nice but that was wild and I won’t be back! Not the first time I come to this location that I pay extra for blended and peach juice added and it’s not full or it’s not fully blended. Today I waited 20 minutes before I received my drink and it was melted and not served properly. The Night Shift always greets you but the experience in the afternoons are the opposite. I went around 5:50pm and I asked which holiday desserts they had and the women taking my order was very rude and sounded like she did not want to help me. When arriving at the window I accidentally gave her $10 when my total was $11 and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me a nasty stare. I do apologize for giving her wrong change but her service and attitude was not what I was expecting. I always go to this Starbucks since it is 5 minutes from my house. I wish I could rate 0 stars we just left this location . We drove over 30 mins in traffic looking for a bathroom and since we have never been on this side of town we knew Starbucks was always kind. But NOT THIS ONE. We walked in and nobody greeted us, there was no one in the drive thru and the cafe was completely empty but to our acknowledgment no one approached us at all. Girl in the drive thru was carrying on conversation while the girl on front was doing nothing until we walked in (mind you all we have to do is use the bathroom ). So I had to ask an employee in the dinner while she was cleaning, and she thankfully gave the code. Now here’s where it gets crazy, we’re in the bathroom. We never go alone, too many predators out and we’re females. The girl comes and knocks on the door as if she’s the police and we reply someone’s in here, then she does it again and goes “are there two of you in there bc I’m not gonna allow that” FOA. it’s not a crime. We are women, we have to pee. It’s sad to lose new customers over something so petty. -10 stars please. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
