I ordered a white mocha and this tasted nasty and bitter it says my name on it (I placed it mobile cause I was on a rush) and everything was right on the ticket please train your bar better? The service here is amazing! The barista was extremely courteous and professional. They have fresh pastries and breakfast sandwiches also. The cake pops are delicious. One issue I had when I went was that there was no hazelnut syrup, and that is pretty much my favorite thing to order. I feel like my drink was not quite full as well. But that is a minor discrepancy. I love this place.

I was given a starbucks cup and gift card for teacher appreciation week and today was the perfect day to go. I got a mint mocha frapee and it hits the spot for this tired toddler teacher! Staff has been incredibly rude; I’ve been yelled at twice for reaching for my OWN order that was ON the mobile pickup tray and clearly marked with my name. I didn’t receive an apology either time after they realized it was my own order. Additionally, often liquid or sticky syrup will be on the side of the cup when you pick up in the drive thur. It’d be minor, but you have to specifically ask for napkins to clean the side of the cup. If there’s a hole in your cup, they just put a second cup underneath so your coffee puddles in the bottom cup as you drink it over the next hour or two. You feel like just another patron in their long line of coffee to make. The customer service seems to be improving a bit better but it’s still not my first choice for coffee. I’ve definitely had better experiences at different coffee shops in town. Ken is amazing and needs a promotion! Without a doubt, they’re always friendly and a silver lining to early mornings. My local Starbucks is always fast and when I left work last week for a pick me up, I had to sit in drive thru for 20 mins...but without an ounce of complaint from me they offered to give me my drink on the house for my time! 10 out of 10 recommend 👌 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came here almost a week ago and went inside. All of the employees were kind, friendly and helpful. My frappe tasted amazing and so did my cake pops of course. The restroom was clean as well as the sitting area within. It had a relaxing vibe. I'd definitely come back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today they took 35 mins to give me my drink that I had preorder in the app. People who were ordering at the store got their items before me that I preordered 20 mins before I got there. To top it off when I got to work late I found out they gave me the wrong drink. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
