Awesome service from Jaydon, unfortunately one of their machines was down so the drink I wanted couldn’t be made but he suggested a pink drink with cld fm and I have no regrets in going by his decision. Thank you for your amazing service Jaydon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had to place an early morning pick up order for a volunteer event and this was the only Starbucks in the area that allowed me to pick up before 6:00a. Everything was bagged and ready when I arrived. The staff was very helpful and friendly, super impressed! Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I always avoid this location and opt to drive further something’s always wrong. Today I made the mistake of just ordering here, I walked in and only 1 of 2 drinks were ready. (I was 8 minutes late to pickup my order btw) Waited about 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. The one female employee was on the phone just talking to her friends the only other employee was just sweeping away completely ignoring me. Finally he asked if he could help me and I said I had a pick up order, and he said “oh yeah let me get that started for you” Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Apparently, gone are the days when you could order a venti iced mochiato with a double shot of espresso and 2 random flavor syrups with coconut milk. They were unable to put ice in my $8 caffeinated water drink because they "don't have a button for that." It would appear that management cracked down on the crazy amount of free frozen water that was sneaking out of the store disguised as hot caffeinated water. *Sad* Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
