Iced pumpkin cream latte- the worst drink I have ever had. The place was almost full and the free tables were dirty and unattended. The service was impolite and they seemed inexperienced. I will not come back.

The girl you buy from is kind and nice and asks you a lot of questions about the product you want. But the guy which is preparing the drinks treats you unfriendly, and the dish he made leaves a lot to be desired. The guy looks like he wants to get away from you as quickly as possible and doesn't even answer your hello. On what criteria do you hire people here? You choose the most frivolous! The baristas are very rude, they don't follow the recipe at all and when I asked them to remake my coffee they put way to much ice and made the drink watery. When they opened it was very good, the staff was well trained, friendly and cool. Now the quality of the staff is at best poor. They don't know their "stuff" . Starbuck's used to be a cool place to hang around, now a bunch of dubious guys an girls hover around there, employees and customers alike.

My favorite place in town. I go to this starbucks about 3-5 times per week with my wife. It's the one place that reminds me of home. All the staff know my complicated order (Vanilla Coffee Frappuccino with Whipped cream inside and on top), and they are always friendly and welcoming. I also love the music they play here. Its more relaxing and not the typical "kiss FM" radio you hear literally everywhere in town. Edit: I’ve been coming to this location almost every day for about 3 years now, and I’m sad to say that they keep losing good employees. I hope management fixes their issues because the good employees make a location great and add to the good experience.

Didn't quite like the fact that outside was not clean at all, neither around n'or the tables, garbage all around. It was at the end of the day, true, but still nevever been to an unclean coffeeshop before.

I went to starbucks a lot 😂, especially this one, at least once a week. The coffee is good but it depends because they have young stuff and some off them aren't truly baristas. The stuff is most of the time nice but I understand that sometimes they gets tired and don't have energy to be nice anymore =)))).

A little coffee in a huge pot and hyper prices. In Greece or Spain for example the star$bucks is a place for young kids with 'little' money and no interests in the amount of sugar the drinks have. The prices are much lower than in Romania.
