Didn’t order food. The staff is super friendly, patient and helpful. The manager was attentive and courteous to his staff. Marifer (cashier) was very welcoming. Spacious and very clean.

lazy as hell. no will to at least look for the inventory. guessing bad managers attitude. if not failed to order product shortage, leading to corporate losing money.

They didn’t let me buy my coffee because I was with my dog , and I couldn’t leave my dog outside by himself , he denied me the service . I wants planning on staying I jus wanted my coffee to go , and their drive through service was out of service

They try hard, although, the operating company in Mexico is just a hindrance. They need more staff, and with that staff they need to clean tables and seating any time someone leaves.
They NEED to keep the music at a reasonable volume for café!!! I have to ask them several times every week twice a week when I come in.
They need to come take our temperature more quickly, take our drink orders faster, keep an eye on the maximum capacity of customers.
The drive-in is extremely dangerous. If there is more than one car ordering, the second car is literally on the highway.
They never give napkins for drinks. You have to ask them. They say it's because some people just leave their napkins there, so they're wasted. But I've told them dozens of times that I want a napkin with all my orders and they NEVER remember.
The manager seems to be really competent, but I'm often amazed that others are incapable of working efficiently and prioritizing what tasks need to be attended when.
Part of that problem though, I imagine, is the safety problema that the druve-thru presents. They have to prioritize the drive thru so as to reduce the risk of accidents. But that leaves all those inside insufficiently attended to.
Super Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal und ein Kaffe, fast so gut wie zu Hause in Italien. 😉

Me encanta venir aquí, Paty y Óscar son sumamente amables, ellos saben que me gusta cómo me preparan mi shaken espresso, siempre que voy ellos me atienden y me lo preparan a mi gusto y se aseguran de que salga feliz de ahí! 🫶🏻

Llegué el domingo a las 7:30am y no me abrían la puerta a pesar de que toqué varias veces, las 3 empleadas que estaban ahí me ignoraron hasta que una se dignó a voltear y decirme que estaba cerrado cuando abren a las 7am

El lugar está ubicado a espalda del Rock and Ribs y un poco antes de Chedraui Selecto, en la plaza donde está localizado Dennys Juriquilla. El lugar tiene una bonita terraza, el lugar es nuevo y no tienen todos los productos. La atención es regular, cosa que con el tiempo irán mejorando.
