Likely the slowest, worst, most uncaring service we've ever experienced. Took forever to get drinks, just sodas, not even alcohol. Food took forever, kids' meals were overcooked, server hardly stopped by. Manager never said a thing while they chatted with the bartender. Live music was fine, but SO LOUD, you couldn't even have a conversation by yelling. Not busy at all, yet still felt totally ignored. We will never go back.

This has the potential to be the best bar in SE Aurora... let's see what the do this summer! This place has an EXTREME amount of potential. They have a patio that could easily be the best patio in SE Aurora, they have a bar area that could host the best sporting events in SE Aurora. The thing is, I haven't seen or heard anyone say "Let's go to Jackson's." I don't know if they are managed by Celebrity's or if they have their own management and they are just housed inside the bowling alley. Nonetheless, this place needs to be tapped into. My only concern is the price of the drinks, I need to go during happy hour to see if I am missing out on a deal. Other than that, the bar food is good (right along with any other bar). Jackson's, I will see you at a happy hour this summer! Please don't disappoint!

Great fun. Nice beer pong set up outdoors. Didn't try any food there but the menu looked impressive. The bowling alley in there and the arcade are really nice too. Recommended! For a chill fun night out.

The only sports bar/nightlife in the area. They do a great job. It's never real busy while I've been there. Would recommend as a very convenient and nice spot to pop in and have a whiskey drink.

We love Jackson's and Celebrity Lanes!! Everytime we go there to bowl, we always get a TON of drinks and food from Jackson's and the service and quality are great every time!!! Already looking forward to booking my birthday party there!!! Robbie V.

One of the worse experiences I've had in a long time. Felt out of place the moment I walked in. The sign by the door said seat yourself so I gladly walked toward the biggest TV on the opposite end of the bar. Was never greeted or spoken to, almost felt like no one wanted to talk to me but I shrugged it off and sat dead center in front of the biggest TV in front of the fire place. I was clearly visible and I'm not a small or average looking individual. I sat there for almost 15 minutes (I have video proof thanks to Snapchat) before an awkward "oh did you need help sir" from behind me. Was rushed into what drink I wanted before seeing a menu and quickly being told the kitchen just closed. I just got up and left at this point. I'm not sure if I just looked like a bad tipper tonight or they didn't want to talk to me until after the kitchen closed but all round terrible experience. My oldest son wanted to have a bowling birthday party here in June, looks like that's not happening.

I would give them no stars, but that's not an option. We walked in around 3:30, nobody was around we took a table to wait, a waitress walked right by without even noticing. Another couple came in after us, she promptly walked over to them. At that point we walked out. I'll never go back EVER

Came in early with my son for graduation fun, we were treated as second class citizens. Talked to manager, didn't really care. What happened to good service and just treating people with respect?

Stopped in to watch the game and grab a drink. Food was okay, waitstaff could be more attentive. Cobb salad was okay but missing avocadoes as described on the menu. Received appetizers late after entree... Going to the downtown location next time, this location was just closer to home.
