Pity quiet late in this review Purchased the wacky Wednesday & the promotional quarter chicken with chips a week ago. Unfortunately no chips was in the bag & mistake also on my part didn't check properly at the store & then the worst tiniest piece of dried quarter chicken, very dissatisfied!!! Went to steers no Large milkshake available only 350 ml disapointing , and those stupid paper straws go mushy before u finish your milkshake , it dosolves while you drinking your drink , seriously is that eaven healthy stupid , never the less icecream was awsome milkshake was awsome , except for a mushy straw would i buy this agian , ice cream yes milkshake def not : better size value down the road Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person R 1–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Placed an order online last night, 2 hours go by no delivery. After failure with telephonically, decided to head down to the restaurant to check where my order was. Arrogant driver said he did deliver the food, told him no he hasn't as we have cameras, and no one was there for delivery. Driver didn't even try to phone me. The Manager wasn't helpful either. I explained to him my situation. He just says he will make me a new order. Not sorry or anything. It costed me my petrol and a big argument. Did take this up with Head office as well. Unfortunately from being an awesome takeaway Steers, to challenging lack of service I phoned through a order at 17:18 and by 18:38 the order had not even been started. Canceled the order and had to go elsewhere for dinner. Goodbye Steers Parkrand.. a pity after 6 year support Service: 1

I had the pleasure in dealing with a rude cashier chewing gum not even taking the time to look at me whilst I was placing my order. As if that was not enough I waited an hour for my order to be called out. The owner of the business walking in and out of his shop not ones apologizing for the delay. Got home and had the great experience to have a cold burger. You would think that on payday, loadshedding and wacky Wednesday that you would be better prepared.
