I was very disappointed with my experience at Steers. I ordered only two burgers and paid R225 (yes, the burgers were from their "gourmet" options but still overpriced in my opinion for 2 burgers with no chips or drinks), which is also way too expensive for the low quality of the food that we recieved. The burger patties are clearly previously frozen, some of the patties were overcooked and burnt whilst others were undercooked. The bacon was also unevenly cooked and tasted bad. The burgers were sloppy, messy and just thrown into their box, with sauce dripping out of the box. The customer service was terrible, the staff were rude and uninterested, they wanted to get the service done just to get back onto their cellphones and talk to eachother. I do not recommend this steers at all. Save your money and rather get quality for price at either Burger King or Mcdonalds. Please check your order if you buy food from this store and order was incomplete food was cold.Tried calling the store and staff had a take it or leave it attitude.This is why Buger King and Mc Donald's rule the market they just get it right. This must be the worst Steers i have ever been to. Firstly service? Bad attitude felt like they didnt actually want give me a minute of their time. Then the photos I uploaded. The person who made the food was using bare hands and then proceeded to put the slices of cheese just on the counter. Who knows how often that is done or how often the counter is wiped. Burger had a hair in it. Though im not surprised since they dont use gloves, i wasnt expecting a hair net. Then ive never seen steers food this oily that it was dripping and the box was soaked by the time i got to the car. This is unexpected and also unacceptable.
