Stopped in twice while waiting for our food order from Dominos next door. First time, all the machines were full and there was a wait. Second time was carded even though I am in my 50s. Never had that happen before and was kind of a nuisance. Place had a nice vintage vibe. I won five bucks! Didn't need any food or drink at this visit. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I understand the importance of checking identity to gamble. There’s a point when it becomes an insult when my id came up missing and my temporary id the dmv issued me isn’t considered valid. Only one employee gives me a hard time and she has the day supervisor shift. Clearly all the employees know me and accept the state issued temp. And greet me as they would any other customers. This particular employee goes out of her way to make me feel unwelcome And uncomfortable. I’ve asked for corporates number to address this inconvenience and she refused to provide it. Great place horrible rude shift supervisor. Totally feel disrespected

Unfortunately there is not a minus star i came in after an awesome hour at the Lagoon patio bar and motel winning night up $700 decided to try this place im in work clothes and ask for a bottle of beer i get 50 questions and carded ( ok made me feel good it is my 50th birthday ) have i had i been drinking ? Yes its my birthday i only had 2 beers anyway if you are high Society and dont mind being looked down upon check this place out its 9 pm on a friday night and there is one customer so no waiting and insults are free :-) so i welcome all to visit this lonley spot in fox lake :-)

Not a day goes by they don't set my foot into this wonderful establishment I've made lots of money I have met wonderful people and Audrey's my one favorite girl that works if I pronounce your name wrong I apologize got dark hair wonderful lady I love her to pieces she made us feel right at home I just moved to the area so a little difficult for me to be judgmental but now I absolutely find this my favorite place to be

Not a coffee shop; free coffee if you gamble. Not saying coffe is good or bad (she wouldn't sell.me a cup) just not a coffee shop
