I ordered 4 6 inch subs for curbside pickup using the app. When I arrived, I could see into the restaurant & didn't see anyone inside. I waited until I could check in (it makes you wait until it's 5 minutes before your pickup time) & checked in. Still appeared empty inside. I saw people go inside to order & that is when the 1 employee showed up. It took an additional 10 minutes after my designated pickup time to get my sandwiches. Upon getting home & opening the sandwiches, my meatball sub had 1 single meatball on it. Completely unacceptable. The sandwiches were not as good as I remember, either. Horrible experience. LITERALLY ANY OTHER SUBWAY IN CHAMPAIGN, URBANA, SAVOY IS BETTER DONT GO HERE! I came to the store and ordered 2 subs using buy one get one footlong subs coupon was turned away at the register when they simply refused that one coupon from the newspaper and then asked if I had one that required me to pay 5 dollars more with no sign or indication that is was previously not allowed to use the buy one get one free. They also have a limited selection for subs with is listed just the first subway I've ever been to where they deny coupons from the most common coupon page they have. Please post a sign and stop scamming customers by waiting till after they have completed there order to simply refuse without warning. I have always gone to this subway and don't always use coupons and have always tipped but I think I'll stay away from this one all the other ones treat you right.

Slow service. Wife almost left after waiting at counter for several minutes. Toasted completed sub with lettuce, onions and mayo. Supposed to get free cookie with double meat. Nope, not here. Wife asked for meat only portion of turkey. Was charged $5.49 ( price of complete sandwich) for 4 slices of turkey. Very unfriendly, almost surly, man working there. She ordered chicken protein bowl. Very little lettuce and spinach, tasted old. I’d stay away. Lots of other choices and Subway locations to go to besides this one.

Terrible. Guy toasts your sub without even asking and then if you have a coupon he wont honor it. Had a coupon that said buy any sub and a drink and get a free sub, he insisted that it was get the drink free without even looking at the coupon once. Con artist

They never have Wheat bread. Ever since honey oat was discontinued and they are down to 3 choices they only have 2 available. Italian and Italian herb & cheese.

+ outdoor seating + plenty of parking + easy in & out location at the corner of intersection - small shared restroom with gas station - limited (3) bread choices

The guy here puts his gloves all over his face and hair and I just can't see myself ever eating here again. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
