Taste perfectly cooked meat sandwiches. Here you will be offered good biscuits. The terrific staff at this restaurant can show how much they like their visitors. The professional service is something these restaurateurs care about. Clients appreciate the homey atmosphere at SUBWAY, they want to come here again and again. But most people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

The food itself was great. The service was poor and truly sucked. They definitely need some improvement. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but I'm gonna blame it on that, so I can't completely convince myself of the other things that came to mind. First off, they were really slow. I let them know that I had made our order online prior to going to the store to pick it up. We(my husband and I)were the only people in the store when we arrived to get our order. Then a lot of people started showing up and were making orders inside the store and, for whatever reason, they were taken care of before we were. The humble person I am, I didn't say anything. But my husband definitely did, and he wasn't rude, after he noticed that several people had come in after us, placed, and had their orders made and were leaving before our order was even looked at.. Honestly, I never throw the race card, but this really felt racial. Seeing how we were the only black people there. We were basically first in line yet serviced last. But again, I want to blame the poor service on maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise, my not so humbe other side would absolutely say, they treated us like an afterthought, and we probably would've sat there even longer, had my hubby not said something. Nobody apologized for us having to wait so long either. The chic just said our name, tossed the bag up on the counter, and walked away... That's not how people should be treated. The location is convenient to home, but we won't be going back to that store. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Went a did curbside got my tuna sandwich got home an wrong bread wrong toppings also ordered 2 dollar churro it tasted burned NO CINNAMON OR SUGAR it tasted old! I'll never go there again I'll stick to the one off Del Rosa. Worst visit EVER.

I have been going to this Subway for a while now, and the management and the employees are great. The owner takes a lot of pride in the business and hires good employees. Today we and my wife was served by Akkeer, he was absolutely fantastic we had a great conversation, and he took pride in his work. He worked quickly but made sure to put fresh ingredients in all of our sandwiches and listen very well. I find it's hard to get employees that take pride and what they do. Akkeer is the type of employee that makes customers want to come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yesterday (Jan. 6th) my pregnant wife was craving some subway so we searched up which one we were closest too at the time, we checked what time they close so we wouldn't show up to a closed location... when we entered it was 9:38pm and saw a lady leaning on the counter on her phone, she told us "we're going to be closing soon so we can't help you" and proceeded to go back on her phone. I asked "what" because sometimes it is hard to hear through these Covid masks, so she said it again this time with attitude and said "leave" Now I would understand if they had all the condiments put away but everything was out with 22 mins to spare, but I feel like she just wasn't trying to work and close early as possible... Safe to say we will never come here again

Terrible food... the bread was so hard and crumbly. I asked for not toasted which wasn't but tasted as if it was and put back into the bread holder. Complete waste of 2 meals. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This particular location has much improved since my last visit. Employees were taking care of business and pleasant. The dining room was clean. Food was the same, but the clean store and friendly staff made for a great visit. Saturday February 3,2023 around 5:30pm I was helped by the female and the male was already helping the customer that was there before I walked in. Both employees were friendly and efficient. didnt get the girls names but it was horrible customer service. i placed an online order before work so i can just pass to get it but they didnt even have it ready. had a bunch of stacked tickets and were just in the back on their phone. they couldnt even read the order right so i had to correct them. awful, ive worked fast food and ive never been this way to customers. i dont ever complain but this fr upset me. I ordered on the app I was outside in parking at 3:55 lot it wasn't busy but order was supposed be ready at 4:15 I got there at 4:16 I walked to get my order no order ready she said u have pick up I said yes she.looked and there was 2 order slips she like omg I so sorry we've been busy that was a lie cause I sat in parking lot that whole time no one was there second time.happen

You gotta catch this place when they have fresh bread cuz he will sell you some stale hard a** bread with a smile sprinkled on top. Been here at least 4 times. 3 times stale bread.
