What keeps me coming back to Subway at 365 Boston Post Rd. in Milford? It’s not because they paid professional athletes to be in their commercials, it’s not because someone with a marketing degree came up with a new name for a club sandwich. It’s not even because the sandwiches are the best. Here’s why: 1. Subway is the convenience store of sandwich shops. There are Subways located inside some convenience stores and there’s convenience inside a Subway store. It’s quick, easy, and unless you live in Antarctica, there’s probably a Subway near you. 2. The service at this location is great. Every sandwich artist I’ve dealt with was friendly, made my sandwich exactly how I ordered it and overall very pleasant. Thanks! 3. It’s reasonably priced. Look, the days of $5 footlongs are over. They have been for some time. But when you compare Subway prices to other sandwich shops, I think it’s fair to say you get a good value. Bottom line is this, don’t go to Subway for the best sandwich you’ve ever had in your life. Go to Subway because you want a fast, convenient, and friendly place to grab a satisfying meal. I haven't been to this Subway location in years! The atmosphere is very nice. So clean and well kept inside. The young man who served me was very friendly. The bread could've been fresher. I placed an order for my husband's lunch earlier in the day and when my husband went on his break to pick up his food, it was not there. I checked my app and it said the food was picked up! The employees told my husband we would be refunded but didn't take any information down to refund. I just called the store and no one answered. I will be reporting this store to corporate as well as the consumer protection agency. Stay away from this location!!!! Update: 45 minutes after my scheduled pick up time I got an email saying my order is almost ready? It had an estimated pick up time an hour after my original time. I let my husband know and he came to pick it up and it was there. Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Fine, just a bummer that the online orders seem to be prioritized over the customers waiting. I had to wait while the one employee made 4 to go orders before taking mine. I only have a limited time for lunch break, so something to keep in mine when choosing a location.

Worst Subway ever! Tried giving this location another chance and the bread is still hard. The owner needs to learn how to get the bread freshly baked and they would make so much more money...and have happy customers. Not only was the bread hard as usual, our meatball sub had no sauce in it! A tiny smear. I worked at Subway 25 years ago and I still remember you put the meatballs in the bread and then you take a little sauce and put it over the meatballs. And there was a very specific bread baking process. We made only enough bread for that day, proofed it a certain time and then baked it a certain time. Subway gives all the instructions. Just need to follow! I was just craving a nice meatball sub with soft bread (I'm pregnant and there are no nitrates in Subway meatballs so this was supposed to be my treat.). Oh well. I get about 2 meatball subs a year because I eat clean so next time I'll be sure to go to the Subway in Milford near Lasse's /dollar store. Please do better on your bread.

The perfect place to stop between showing clients at work. This subway is always kept extremely clean and the staff behind the counter is very warm and inviting. Especially if the manager. She has a great personality and makes a great sandwich. My office is right down the street so I plan on stopping here many more times. Keep up the good work!

Staff at this particular subway are friendly and efficient and quick as well as accurate in their orders. Store is always stocked well with extras for meal deals. There aren't many options for diet drinks though which is why I have it a four star review

this might be the cleanest Subway I've ever seen. Employees are all super friendly and make a darn good sub. Never had even a sub-par one at this location. High five!!
