I went to this subway 2 days ago, I got sandwiches for me and the rest of the family. an hour after eating the sandwiches me and my mom started feeling sick have been throwing up and going diarrhea all night. I used to love this place but I don’t know if their food is contaminated. turns out we got food poisoning, after I went to the doctors they told me I got sick from the food. I will never go to this place again. Bad experience ☹️ Service Take out Food: 1

Family & I went in yesterday & ordered 4 sandwiches. 3 of which were either made in error, or were completely over sauced, that by the time we got home to eat them, they were soggy, as well as almost every bite, the sandwiches were dripping in sauce. With my own sandwich, I they messed up on it multiple times. It got so bad, I told them I didn't want the sandwich any longer. They did seem concerned and remade me a new sandwich, that was had so much sauce in it, that it seems like they get paid by how much sauce is in each sandwich, not paid by the hour. Right before i was going to pay, they offered me a coupon for next time, for the inconvenience. I took the coupon, which was for a bogo (buy 2 sandwiches get the 3rd half off, which was cool. However, unfortunately it was only good for a store somewhere in Richmond 🙄😒. At that point, it was no longer worth my time and energy. To top it off, both my wife &I, sandwiches gave us a stomach ache and we had to her the restroom more than once after we ate the sandwiches. Never again will I enter, nor eat at this poor excuse for a subway. Service- sub par 👎🏼 Food- I wouldn't give it to the homeless guy's dog down the road. 👎🏼🤢👎🏼 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

9/27/22 I had the No. 5 Bella Mozza, pretty good! New people behind the counter today not sure what a No. 5 with everything is supposed to include? An hour before lunchtime? Note to owner: The drink fridge away should be moved away from the register area before you get a call from the ADA people. 9/15/22 New menu with 12 sandwiches! I had the No. 4 which was pretty good! They also have the "Local Favorites" sandwiches as well as the other sandwich that they used to have as well as the build your own. What they do not have any longer are the Breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

It's hit or miss. Sometimes the bread is stale, sometimes they're really skimpy on ingredients, others they are on point. If my bread does that, in the picture, I'm usually unhappy.

The owner was rude and discriminatory. The owner will welcome a dog in the store but not a bike. We wanted to bring bikes in he said No no bike in my store. Well okay but then he continue to repeat himself in the nasty tone please if you can go someone else for better customer service!!
