The truth is that you will really like perfectly cooked sandwiches. This restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. It's a good place with the peaceful atmosphere. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant SUBWAY a high rating.

Due to supply issues, Subway was out of ham, turkey, and steak. This would not have been an issue if the online ordering would have indicated this shortage. I placed my order, drove to the shop, got notified that my order was complete, only to find out it wasn't started. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. Never going to this one ever again. This is the 5th time I have been here and the service is terrible, they are out of ingredients, or bread...who owns this thing? And why would you let a bunch of high school kids tradh it so bad? Filthy dirty. Horrible customer service, employees clothes were covered in pet hair, out of everything on a Friday evening. Ended up walking out before completing order due to employee touching everything in store and not changing gloves to finish building our subs. Will NOT be back to this location. Poor customer service. Out of napkins, branded cups, and most chips. The sandwich maker spilled half the meat off the bread and was not going to put it back in until I said something, then rolled his eyes and growled when I asked him to fix it. The other worker then scooped some fresh meat and put it in the sandwich. Store was fairly dirty and it seemed the two employees just didn't want to be there. It just seems to be a true reflection of today's society

5 stars for Lucas 2 stars for subways management/ franchise owner. Highly satisfied with Lucas. He did his very best with the opportunity presented to him. I walked in the store at 5:30 on a Friday. He had a steady line and was completely alone. He worked in an overall timely manner but due to his higher ups he was NOT set up for success. Half of the menu items were missing as there was no way for him to make sandwiches, bread, and restock everything all at once. He was very polite and while he was obviously burned out, he kept a great attitude. He definitely deserves to be on management, even with as young as he seems to be. This is only one of the several times I have walked in and seen him or someone else working completely alone. If he doesn’t find a job by the next time I go here, I will be offering him one. I stopped by Subway at Windsor exit at 6:15pm. Young man was working alone at dinner rush. I walked in to order one sandwich. Obviously, he was very stressed. He said he wouldn’t serve me because he had to go on break and he had to make bread. Why is this young man working alone at dinner rush!!! This is unacceptable!!!
