This is one of the better Subways I have visited. The restraunt is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The sub I had was very fresh and was toasted to perfection. There is ample indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. There is an electric car charging station right out front. Highly recommend this Subway restaurant.

Would leave a 0 star if I could. I had made an online order that had everything i wanted especially toasted. when i get to the store to pick it up it’s not warm like it usually is. i just figured since i did a pickup that it had been sitting for a few minutes and cooled down. i asked the lady who made the sandwich if she toasted it to make sure and she said “Yes i toasted it” so i leave the store, when i finally get to work and get the sandwich out the bread is cold and flimsy and the cheese on the sandwich isn’t melted at all, including that the meat is still like it came out of the fridge. when i called to ask how this could be resolved she rudely told me that i’m just going to have to deal with it and there’s nothing she can do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! never giving me money here again unless something is done to resolve this. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

This is a very clean and organized restaurant. Staff were friendly and made our order very quickly and greeted us with a smile. Easy accessibility from highway Rt 70 exit Mount Airy /Damascus, its located in strip of road where many restaurants are located directly off Rt 27. Ample parking, safe location day or night. Clean and welcoming.

OVERPRICED rip off. A 12" Boss sandwich (meatballs/pepperoni) here is a wallet-killing $14.99 while 10 miles up the road in Eldersburg it's $10.29 (a more realistic price). Why are they charging nearly 50% more? Service Take out Meal type Dinner

I enjoy fresh food like Subway makes in all different sizes. They ask me what I would like on it like Mom did on a good day! It's just fresh, delicious my choices right there. Good people . Good food.. it is a simple ordering process, efficient, served timely.

The service could be much better. I have been here multiple times They always manage to mess up the order. The food isn't bad just somehow the service ruins it. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

They were quick, even though they were busy. They made my sandwich correctly, and it was well done - not chintzy on the toppings, as some Subway shops are. Perfect - today anyway! Only time I have ever been to this location, as I was traveling...

I was working in subway in 208 Ridgeville Blvd Mount Airy, MD, 21771 this was a good job but I recently quit because the the manager’s racist comments, she walked in the store doing her weekly check in’s as she does and I proceeded to greet her she ignored me and kept walking I shrugged it off and asked her what was wrong she proceeds to say she is very upset and I understood but that is unprofessional not to greet the workers just because of a bad day afterwards she spoke to 3/4 workers that worked in that store about a complaint we got March 4th, 2022. She addressed this to us March 9, 2022 around 4:15pm she said someone complained about worker(s) speaking Spanish and she proceeded to say not speak Spanish in the line which was fine the workers understood but she proceeded to make unnecessary comments saying “We are in America we need to speak English not Spanish.” and she also proceeds to say “This is not chipotle a Mexican restaurant for you to be speaking Spanish.” This was extremely offensive and racist I think with her saying please do not speak Spanish in the line was enough to get the point across without the unnecessary commentary. It is disrespectful, uncomfortable, and unprofessional! This is no way to treat the worker’s. I love subway and the food but that is no way to treat workers!

Used to go here when I was younger. They have downsized the shop, but not the service. Aiming for a good sub, no complaints from this location.
