Husband and I grabbed sandwiches before going home after getting a few things we needed. Least to say my sandwich didn't have the correct amount of meat paid for double meat and cheese got a single amount. Husbands sandwich wasn't toasted enough to the point that his entire sandwich was still cold. Trainee was the one making out food and had a terrible attitude towards us the whole time we were there. When I pointed out I ordered double meat double cheese she turns around and sighed and told me she knew what she was doing. Overall it was terrible would've given 0 stars if this let me. Very disappointed with my experience with this subway. I had placed an online order for the Baja chicken and bacon sub, a $10 sub... Plus and order for the supreme meat sub. My Baja chicken and bacon sub came without any bacon! I called the store and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I contacted the franchise owner and she said there was nothing they could do but she'd pass the information along to the employees that the sub was missing the bacon. Really? There's nothing you can do? You can't remake an order that you messed up?! Half of the protein was missing! Do yourself a favor and take your business to the Subway down the road and avoid this location. The manager and franchise owner clearly don't care about their customers, or repeat customers.

Superior food. Newly added Pizza secttion will be open tomorrow at 9 am tomorrow. With a brand new menu and everything. Amazing service.

Ordered a Medium pepperoni pizza it was packed with cheese, it looked like they just threw a block of cheese on it and I couldn’t even see the pepperoni’s. So I called report to the manager she was going to replace well because of the holidays and being busy I could make I back for my replacement. So I finally made it to Walmart subway and she no longer wanted to replace. I won’t ever eat at this subway again. Bad service and customer service. I am big in customer service and treat the customer wrong u can forget about my business. I’m not here to harms out money for poor quality.

This is the second time I ordered from subway. The first time I ordered a turkey sandwich and they gave me a warm chicken sandwich and diner have any ingredients I wanted 2nd time I found a hair in my sandwich , sandwich was warm with 3 pieces of raw bacon rubbery cheese and I was completely grossed out I couldn’t even touch the sandwich. I just wanted a cold turkey sandwich but twice I never got that

I must go on their good days because i have never had a bad sandwich. Breakfast or lunch have both been great. Yes I've shown up and electric was out or oven was broken, but that had nothing to do with the food other than they couldn't make it. I would like to c them clean the tables a little faster, but understand they do get swamped from time to time.

You go into this subway and you get an awesome sandwich. They don't skimp on toppings or meat like the rest I've been to. This is the only one I'll go to. The rest barely put anything on then even if you ask for more they charge you double for it. This is the best in Canyon.

A complete joke. Came from it of town to grab a quick bite. Stood there for 5 minutes and no one came to take my order. Worst part is the manager was sitting at the table behind me playing on her phone and didn't even look up.
