I have never had a bad experience at a subway till now. i went in getting my usual sub so i’ve seen it made multiple times. the kids making the subs clearly didn’t know what they were doing. and when i told them i needed egg on my sub they looked at me and laughed. one kid asked his friend/co worker to go grab them. he didn’t know where they were. all three of them had to walk into the back and grab 8 eggs. they were frozen so they threw them in the microwave for probably 3-4 minutes. the kid made our sandwiches and when we got them. the egg was still frozen in the middle. why didn’t they have eggs ready and thawed?? very very disappointed in this subway and it’s staff. Ordered through subway app when I pulled up both employees were playing cards and only got up to start making sandwiches after I was sitting in my car for 5 mintues outside then they got up to check the system for if they had an order.
