I went here last week and placed my order online- the order was initially canceled but the manager of the store was nice enough to still make my order due to the mix up they were super nice about the issue and we're happy to rectify it - the subs themselves were so good the bread was so soft and fresh by far one of the freshest subs I've had in a while from a subway - will be back ❤️ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took a very long time like 20 mins to get 2 foot longs and 2 6 inches wasn't very busy veggies didn't look very fresh. It did seem clean inside Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The lady who fixed my order was very nice and friendly. She was fixing 2 sandwiches for me, 2 for the customer in line after me, and 1 for another customer after that. She was the only employee there at the time, but she was getting it done. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves recognition for how well she did her job. It's subway. They all pretty much taste the exact same. This place however had some of the best customer service I've had. The manager on duty was very professional and treated customers, and employees in a very respectful manner. 10/10 would go here again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The person making my sandwich was also the general manager so I would have expected better service. She got on her phone and took a call right before starting my order so I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or on the phone. She didn't seem friendly at all just going thru the motions while making my sandwich. I would think the general manager would set the standard on being friendly to the staff and not be on the phone while making an order for a customer. Will try again and hope the service is better. Giving four stars for the girls behind the counter. They were really Awesome. My Italian herb and cheese bread was very lame. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were suspect. In reality that falls on the bought off health inspector and ownership. I owned my own business for 30 years. Wouldn't let this stuff slide. Even if it meant having to do it myself. Get the feeling that would never happen with this kind of owner or I wouldn't be having to point this out.
