I am really surprised that a foot long sandwiches and beverages are very good in any time of the day. Meat is cut fresh in this restaurant, planty of veggies and test very good. Love like this small local fest food restaurant. Recommended to the vegetarian and meatballs lovers. Thanks for grait customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Expect to pay at least $3 more for your food at this location than if you drive over the bridge to Waterville's Subway. You could knock on the bread it was so hard last week when I was there last. I couldn't even believe they were selling it. The attitude from the worker was terrible. You could feel the anger coming off her. Not sure what she was so angry about as nobody else was in the store so it couldn't be because they were busy. I decided to give it another chance and mentioned the bread situation from my last visit and the two ladies working. They just looked at eachother and ignored me. I'm someone who frequents subway in Waterville at least 3 times a week when im working. I recently moved to Winslow from Augusta and this place would have gotten a lot of business from me. I'm just going to stick to Watervilles subway. It sucks none of them take coupons but at least they have good customer service, not so expensive, and I don't have to worry I may someday break a tooth on their bread. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Here's the thing about subway, you pick your own toppings, you pick your bread and have someone else assemble your sandwich. As long as they dont be stingy on the toppings you are good. The sandwiches were fine, and although they didn't have any bread choices it was still fine. Service Take out

The young lady that waited on my boys and I ( do not remember her name. Wished I did.) On 3/22/22@ 615-630 pm. Went above and beyond her customer service duties. Was very prompt upon us entering to assist us with our order, overly patient with my two rambunctious boys. Extremely diligent in the making of all 3 sandwiches at once by herself. If I'd of had cash I would have snuck her ten bucks as a tip. Informed me that they have to tip share and if you tip through the computer they tax the tip. As she was the one helping us I believe there shouldn't be a tip share. Tips should be based on personal performance alone. If one is exceeding in her duties and one is not. The one who isn't should not share in the tips. But overall I do love this subway in particular. Everyone's friendly smiling happy people. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Very friendly sake thing happens to me all the time so I won't fault them for it. People assume when I walk in I can talk they realized after reading my badge that says Mute not Deaf that, that's why I ordered online. I saw it click in there heads like oh ok that's why he didn't come in makes since. Every place I go assumes I can talk its ok I've gotten use to it by now the two workers who were there where very friendly I didn't get there names but thank you.

Excellent customer service. I had a very nice man named Alex helping me, he kept the conversation strong for most of my visit. The restaurant was relatively slow, I was the only one there. While I was sitting eating my sandwich and his young man came to check on me and made sure my sandwich was up to par, it was in fact very good. He even took care of my trash for me when I was finished! This young man should be what every server should strive to be. 5/5 stars will come again.

Clean and cheerful environment. Ethan (I think) prepared our sandwiches exactly as we ordered them and they were delicious. Thanks for doing such a great job Ethan.
