Polite service. Tasty subs. The staff just one guy by himself but he handled the lunch crowd calmly and professionally. After fulfilling orders, he swept and kept up with cleanliness seamlessly. If zero was an option I’d give it. Was told “my transaction didn’t go through” and had to scan my card again. Checked my bank a few days later was charged twice and the man insists that I was not and that’s it’s “pending” and the transaction will “fall off” the transaction is completed and now they want my bank statement 0 stars. Service: 1

Very terrible customer service. The worker or owner , CJ or Chichivon, a middle aged male of middle eastern decent, is very rude and unprofessional. He became upset when I asked for more toppings on my sandwiches because he was not putting enough. Very stingy with the part of subway that is supposed to be unlimited lol. He then proceeded to throw a tantrum after I asked to taste a dressing I was already purchasing, to see if I needed more. Will never return to this location. Pathetic place. Why hire people who are playing on their phone and putting together sandwiches at the same time. Yeah I saying with gloves picking up their phones and then touching sandwiches with same gloves on. Your phone is nasty. You need the health code called on this place in fact I might do it. Worst customer service ever! The employee/owner (?) is sneaky and incredibly rude! Tricks people into ordering more expensive items. $17 for a foot long turkey with bacon. Apparently I can order just a regular footlong turkey w/bacon on the app, but if I order in person, it has to be a titan turkey because regular subs aren’t on their menu and are being phased out. I called the store later that day and he claimed he asked if I wanted to try something new, yet a few minutes later, he claimed he never said that. Caught him answering the same question three different ways. Very rude and talked over me most of the time. I would absolutely never give my business to this location again. Really? 3 pieces of green pepper, 3 or 4 pickles, and a couple pieces of lettuce. That's a ridiculous sandwich and waste of money. I paid $11 for a bag of chips, a cookie, and a 6" piece of bread. Very frustrated bc I tried to call and speak to someone at the store. The phone rings and rings then disconnects with no answer. Will not be back to this location. I went to the store on Mountain Road first, but they were closed early at 7 p.m. for staffing issues. At least they give an appropriate amount of toppings. Meal type Other Price per person $10–20
