Understaffed & poor management. There’s always something they don’t have; bread, veggies, cookies. They discontinued the honey mustard sauce and rather then informing customers they’ll put nasty dijon mustard on your sandwich. As others have mentioned the drive thru is an excessive wait I assume because they never have more then one employee working at a time. As someone who has gone to this location multiple times per week due to no other option aside from McDonald’s there has never been ONE occasion that I’ve been given a single napkin. Not sure if this is management being excessively cheap, or if no one’s been trained or has the common sense to provide napkins with orders. One occasion my child wanted a cup of ice water with their meal and we were charged almost 5$…..for one cup of ice water. The girl kept my receipt, so not sure if that’s the norm, or again the management being excessively cheap. If you’re in the area the trip to Farmington or Turner location is worth it. Kid working there doesn't seam to want to work. huffing and just plan grumpy....put bare minimum amount of stuff on the sandwiches... Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always a bad experience! I can’t say that they have been successful at getting my order correct a single time. One time they told me that “they don’t have kids meals”. Today, I made an online order-tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Didn’t get tomatoes. The only thing I am impressed with is how good they are at always messing up the order. 9/10 great experience. Manager reached out to make right with an order. Feels good knowing some people continue to take pride in their work. Will definitely continue to dine here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I went in today and the service was amazing. The one man working was very polite and was doing such a good just even though there was a rush. He was amazing and made my sandwich great. Matt and Sam have to be my favorite workers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
To the young man who made my sandwich last night 4/25. This is the 2nd time he has made a sandwich for me and the 2nd time I have had the best sandwich from this Subway. The service was also The Best. I would come to the store every time he is working.
Nothing but issues almost every time I have gone to the jay subway. I do order online Every time I order my sandwich I always ask for extra crispy bacon. 98% of the time they can get it right. I have NEVER complained before today. My sister had an issue with HER food LAST night. They gave her a hard time about it. She was just asking if there was anything they could do about THEIR mess up. They were rude about it. Tonight I asked for my normal order just on a different bread. My bacon is so rubbery I don’t want to chew on it forever. I also asked for banana peppers on my sandwich. I did not get them. So I called the store to see if they would do anything for me. I’d bring back the sandwich for a new one made the right way. We ordered 30 minutes before close. Got back home to realize my order was messed up. So I called them. Because it was right before closing they gave me a hard time about making me a new sandwich because it would cause them to stay late. They also know that my sister was the person who called an complained about her order being messed up last night. So they rudely said “I’m starting to notice a trend here” They had absolutely no interest in fixing my sandwich. I paid over $10 for this meal. I WANT TO ENJOY IT!!!! But instead I just want to throw it away. It’s not like I can pull the bacon off and crisp it up myself. It’s all melted in there. My dinner was ruined tonight because people don’t want to read an order and make it the right way the FIRST time. You ask for them to fix their mistake and they reject you and act rude because it’s at closing. I will not waste my money or my time here again.
Cashier touched money and then proceeded to make my husbands sandwich without washing hands & changing gloves. I got them to throw it away and start over and they seemed bothered by it. This is our 3rd bad experience at this location. They also flattened my sons sandwich. Was contacted by owner 1 year ago to compensate. I never recieved anything from him.
The service tonight was wonderful, those two girls did an impeccable job. They was able to make more order in record time and was very kind and courtious. Definitely recommend anyone in the area to stop in and have these lady's make them a sandwich.
The drive through was awesome, when we got to the window to pay for our sandwiches their card machine went offline so my boyfriend and i got a serious attitude from the woman working. Then she pretty much threw the sandwiches we ordered at us and we left. I wasn't too fond of the attitude but maybe she had some of her own demons she was fighting, who knows.
