Honestly, I really don't like the lady. She's always got RBF and doesn't understand anything we are saying. I wanted a gift card and she didn't know what I was saying or how to even do one. You lost money due to your staff's incompetence. She is also a bad customer service person. She comes of rude and like you are bothering her every time. I won't be back, and I have gone here about 4 times so far since my move. You should hire competent staff. 11.22.23 @ 5:14pm Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I just came back. There's never been a Subway experience like this. I ordered by pickup. #1Philly and chicken teriyaki. All the ingredients were sparse It was really disappointing . I felt like I was eating bread without any meat. tI'll never order from here again. People working there are to cheap with there ingredients. I asked for #4 on Italian herbs and cheese, every went smoothly until she started put everything on my sub without asking do I want onion or tomato. I asked for green pepper she responded green pepper doesn’t come with it! She quickly wrapped my sub without ask me for any sauces. When I told her I want ranch she starts showing attitude! She doesn’t care what you want, you gotta take what she made for you! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I don't know if this is a real Subway owned store. I tried to complain to the corporate the store number #57965, and their Address and Subway corporate claims no such store exists here. I couldn't even file official complaint the Store Number doesn't registered in Subway Corporate computer. Long Story Short. I went in 4:30 pm on April 3rd, 2023. I had a coupon 2 sub for $12.99 from the Subway Corporate Coupon. No Secondary. And when I went in they said It is company policy Not to accept Subway Coupons period. She refused me service after the coupon business. I'm a White Male Cop. She refused a Cop in Uniform service after she turned down the coupon business. Coupon didn't expire till 5/31/2023. Today is 4/3/2023. So I walked out. Knowing her story is B.S.

Very nasty attitude from the guy always having a face that tells you he's not happy doing his job.
Absolutely and unequivocally RACIST!!! Where do I start? Literally, the male staff person (there was one male and one female) was the most blatantly racist individual that I’ve encountered in quite some time. For starters, I didn’t receive a receipt. It was like participating in brain surgery to receive a receipt. I asked about cookies and was initially told that “Subway stopped selling cookies.” Then as I continued to question the staff about the cookies I was told that “this location doesn’t bake cookies on Saturdays and Sundays.” I sit and have lunch with my family. We watched customers receive “preferential treatment.” After eating I ask for the key to the restroom so that I could wash my toddler’s hands and I was denied access to the restroom. When I asked for an explanation why we were not permitted to use the restroom, specifically when a sign is posted that the restroom is only for paying customers, all we receive was “it’s not my problem” for an answer. We were paying customers and were still denied access to the restroom. This is when I asked for the employee’s name because I’m definitely contacting the corporate office. This employee refused to provide me with any information. I’ll follow up with a formal complaint and use the information that’s listed on my receipt to ascertain who this individual is. I don’t even care for Subway at all but it was literally within walking distance to where we were

The guy has a very bad attitude. Always impatient, snappy and acted like customer was at fault. He should not work at a place where he needs to communicate with people. That store is very close to my house therefore I went there 3 or 4 times. Every time he served me, he always gave me nasty attitude. Women are better at customer service, but need to improve the language skills. Owner, if you are reading this post, please take care of the guy who is not professional and lack of customer service skills. If I want subway next time, I will go somewhere else.

I absolutely do not recommend this place at all! The guy had such an awful attitude. I ordered through the subway app and picked curbside pickup. When I called to let them know I’m outside, the guy told me that it’s only one sub so I need to come inside. I explained that I couldn’t leave my dog in the car (separation anxiety issues). He proceeds to hang up the phone, comes outside and began aggressively talking me down about not coming inside. I politely explained again to which he word to word responded, “Not my problem. I have a dog too, you open the window and let air inside”. Thanks for the sub with a side of chips, drink, attitude, aggression, talking over me, and making me sound stupid.

I came in in the nick of time because they were preparing t close the store for the evening. I came here because I had been suffering from food deprivation for most of the day, and for the last several hours, I had been thinking about a meatball marinara sub from this place. There was only one other customer in the restaurant when I arrived so ordering was fast and easy. I ordered the foot long meatball marinara sub with provalone cheese, black olives, and those tasty red bell peppers. Salt and oeppere was added per the suggestion of the lady working behind the counter. I appreciated the way that she evenly added the toppings across the entire foot long sandwich, not just like them in the middle which has happened so many other times. When I got to my car, I took one great big bite to satisfy my stomach. The sandwich was good as I expected.
