Thank you so much. I had to get a replacement sandwich and felt super bad doing so and the female sandwich artist that assisted me was super helpful. She did an amazing job making a new sandwich for me and it also seems she may have gone over and beyond when making this replacement sandwich! Thanks for the amazing food, I will recommend it to my grandmother and her bingo friends the next time everyone comes over for a potluck! I’ll make sure to tell them about your superb sandwich making skills and sure enough in a couple weeks, your subs will be the talk of the town! This is by far one of the best subways I have seen. It is do to a woman that works the day shift. She keeps it very clean and orderly on top of that she makes your sandwich the way it should be. "With care and attention to detail" for the owner she should be made manager if she isn't already.. I have mot been to Subway for a while and this store was conveniently located on the way to the park. Was disappointed that the bread was not fresh and meat was pre- sliced. Did not live up to the new advertising of freshly sliced. Their competitor should have no worries as the deli bins were full. I doubt if there will be fresh cut served today. Service was good considering only one person was working. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

What the heck??? I had several ingredients I wanted extra of and I didn't get any extra. Gee I wonder if that's because I couldn't, you know..... tell the person what I wanted and watch him make it. I hope whoever came up with this kiosk idea got fired and I hope they either get rid of these kiosks or just go out of business. if I walk into another Subway and it's got kiosks I'm just going to walk right out. Purchasing sandwiches in bulk for some Les Schwab employees… I learned after the fact that this store used day-old bread, and the sandwiches tasted stale. I didn’t like the experience. My interaction with computer screen. And he forgot my cookie. I had remind the little boy after he was making someone else’s sandwich. My sandwich was ok. My cookie wasn’t fresh. It tasted a day old. Worst subway ever and I been to five states with other subways.

This location was horrible!! The only reason it got two stars is because the employees were amazing. I was more upset with the fact the only way to place a order is on the kiosk and they don't accept cash at this location. The reason I go to subway is bc I'm able communicate with the employees what I want and how much... and I love that about subway! Needless to say I left bc I don't like the kiosk. Ordered online through Postmates software on Subway website and when I went to pick up and told them my last name they said they didn't have an order under that name and sent me to another nearby Subway. That store had no online orders so they called the original store and found out that store DID have my order but under my first name. At the first store they never asked me if the order could be under a different name, just sent me off to the other store. And they only had one online order at the time. Frustrating and careless on Subway's part. Good sandwhiches but next time I order online I will know better.

This location uses a kiosk ordering system. Limits the customization you can do, it's like using Subway's poor online ordering system while you are present. Yet, the employee is still building these sandwiches right by you. If they aren't busy you can ask for things but now it's awkward. They have covered the veggie bar with opaque advertising so you can't see the prep surface and food anymore. I'll never come back to this location. What a sad, disappointing experience. We were greeted at the door by a sign telling us they were out of turkey and ham. The staff added rotisserie chicken to that list. As others have pointed out, the kiosk system is a dystopian nightmare. We had to dodge so many screens pushing chips, drinks, and other accoutrements that we didn't notice missing options to add mayo, mustard, or oil & vinegar. The sandwiches were worse than the ordering process. Smaller than they used to be (bread was 1 mm thick). Bread was stale. Got about eight shreds of lettuce and five olives on a 6-inch sandwich. The owner should be run out of town. You'll find a better sandwich in the vending machine at a Greyhound station. Even Jared is embarrassed by this place.
