Went to get a sandwich and soup. The employees were not only unprofessional, as one of them put one glove on and continued to eat her bowl of soup as I decided what to order. She then filled my bowl barely half way and charged me almost $3.00, as she went back to eating her full bowl of soup after I checked out. I would've said something had I noticed it in the store, but went to grab a drink from the fridge when she bagged it. The other workers were standing behind the wall mocking her after she asked where the soup lids were. I will not be visiting this specific establishment again. The sandwich was full and had generous toppings, but this didn't make up for their service. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Worst experience ever employees were rude rushed thru the line and when we got home over half our order was missing items that were asked for tried to call the store and the phone was answered and the employee wanted to act like he couldn’t hear me then hung up tried to call back and the phone was picked up and hung up right away would give zero stars if google had the option take your money and go to jimmy John’s or Jersey mikes better food and way better service!!!! The sub was very good and the 2 people were very nice...but very dissatisfied that I wanted the new club sub but was told I could not use the coupon even though the coupon states what the exclusions are..but was still told no...so ended up getting a different sub. Ok so I have eaten at Subways before... but THIS subway... this is something else. Everyone is always friendly and in a good mood AND they make the perfect sub. It’s not so stuffed with ingredients that’s they all spill out because I can’t close it. No. They lay it all perfectly in and fold it over so so carefully that the bread doesn’t fall apart and magically it even keeps from getting soggy even though I tend to order both mayo and sweet onion sauce. Eat fresh indeed.

The food was amazing, and the employee was super nice and patient. It was my boyfriends first time and the guy making his sandwich was very helpful giving him great recommendations. This location is better than the other locations in Kenosha. The one downtown is the worst of them. They act like you're a distraction from their personal interest. But this one is a better quality of staff and more consistent.

COVID has caused some shortage and unavailable item, yet they'll accomadate with substitutions at no extra cost. Not faulting the business, but they are experiencing low staffing. So plan on a longer wait. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I ve been here a couple of times. Just recently last Thursday I went there after school to get a sub before work. I told the guy what kind of sandwich I wanted but he put way too much mustard and mayo on my 6 inch sub because it was gushing out. Then after he wrapped my sandwich he asked me if I wanted anything else and I told him yes, I want chips and a fountain drink. So after I paid he doesn't give me a cup and I said I ordered a soda, where is my cup and he said oh I'm sorry. I was the only customer there. Then when he attempted to ring me up for a fountain drink another employee decided that he had to punch in first before I was taken care of. Bad customer service, not cool. So I told them never mind and I left. The sandwich was messy as well.

I've been here a couple of times and it was all good but this time the person who's name is Daniel making the order was RUDE and wasn't paying attention apart from not knowing how to make a basic salad...the other ladies there were nothing but nice it was just his rudeness and wearing a mask almost by his chin that made this visit unfortunate. If Daniel is at the counter be ready to be served rudely. When I asked for a chicken salad he only put one piece of chicken, this is the only time this has happened to me very disappointed
