Employee was on her phone instead of helping customers, they didn’t tell me they didn’t have ranch until they had already made my bowl, they didn’t put any dressing on my moms bowl and had attitude with other customers Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Burnt. Go to a different Subway. I put an online order in for pickup. I didn't see that my sandwich was burnt until I got home. It's so hard that it scraped up the roof of my mouth from taking a bite out of it. The photo supposed to be herb and cheese. Waste of money and time. I ordered online and went to the store to pick up located at 3016 knickerbocker. The bread was stale. I could barely cut thru it. Our sandwiches were also missing items that were ordered. I have been a long time subway customer but this experience has definately changed the way I feel about visiting again. What a waste of money!! WOW WOW WOW I finally got great service with a smile. My food was made correctly. I told the workers there thank you for the great service the location I normally go to is only 3 min away downtown. Worst service I've ever had at a 'quick service' restaurant. Didn't have any tea - asked them to make more. After 20 min finally informed the machine must be broken. Order my sandwich and was informed they didn't have any steak. To top it off no one was wearing a nametag, so couldn't identify the employees. Got yelled at through the speaker while trying to order, then they took forever for the food to arrive and then she kept telling me you're going to tip right so I said keep the change cause it threw me off, I've never been asked at a subway to tip in all the years I've gone to them. She then gets snotty and was like that's all?? So I said add a dollar to it cause at this point I'm done with them and the attitude so low and behold she gets snottier about the amount but I didn't raise it. When we got home and looked at the sandwiches they weren't completely right and barely had anything in them. Will never go back here. Even my youngest was like they are really rude to you. Sandwiches were very good. Employees were friendly. Place was not the cleanest. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom barely worked. It is so important to me that there is proper hand washing facilities when eating food with my hands ( ahem… a restaurant that mainly serves sandwiches!) the soap dispenser needs to be replaced. And also please supply paper towels to dry hands with instead of the cheap little hand dryer. If a restaurant is in the sandwich business, please go above and beyond in the hand washing supplies area! They were also out of napkins so instead they had a huge roll of toilet paper that the customers could get a few squares from to use in place of napkins ( totally not kidding about this!) The employees behind the counter were diligent about washing their own hands in between customers but also they had to use the toilet paper to dry their hands.
