Guests don't like meat sandwiches at this restaurant. Subway is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere here. But a number of people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I came into this location on 3/05/2024 at approximately 3:35pm. The woman that was working was absolutely precious and made my experience awesome. This is not the closest Subway to my house but I will definitely be coming here moving forward because of their great employees. Personally, since there are new employees, the service quality has gone down. They cover the area where they serve the food so now you cant see when they make your sandwich. Employees are really slow and inventory is not completely available. When I went, only two employees. One was working and the other just walking around. No cookies, hardly any chips. Out of most Meats. Very sad of the lack of quality they are bringing to the subway brand. I think it needs to be under new management. Employee has attitudes when serving customers. Worst experience ever. Ordered through the app and waited the 20 minutes (in front of the store) until it said ready. When I walked in, I was not greeted and then the elderly lady walked over from the back and asked if I was there for a pick up. Told her my name and she said it’s going to be awhile, we were slammed. (Prior to this, only 8 people in 22 minutes had gone in and out of the store.) She started working on my sandwiches and then came back and told me it’s going to be a while cause she had to heat up the meatballs. Needless to say, I waited almost 45 minutes and still had cool/lukewarm food that literally thrown together. Meatballs were still partially warmed up and she didn’t check them with thermometer. Was missing items. Made it seem like it was my fault for ordering a meatball sandwich because they had ran out who knows how long ago! Definitely won’t be going back to this location! Do not order from this Subway, visit another location instead you will thank yourself later! Staff argued with me when I attempted to pick up a online order. After this I slighted opened the bag to confirm contents, as I walked out the overloaded paper bag ripped spilling contents to the floor. Instead of offering to assist me or at least give me another bag the staff thought it was funny and laughed at me as they assisted other customers. Several mistakes were made on the order not surprisingly. Very disappointed, will not be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Literally the worst excuse for a Turkey rap. I've ever seen like 3 leafs of spinach. Absolutely 0. Anything on it? I meanit not even enough for a child. This is the poorest excuse for a sandwich from a sandwich place ever. I would never go back. On top of that I paid over $10 for just this one rap. That was barely any food. This subway is underrated!!!! This establishment needs to be better recognized for their incredible staff, service and food! I live local and stumbled upon this subway and I’m so glad I did! I’ve eaten here several times in the past few months and every single item has been on point! Every single employee is amazing! Special shout out to the new guy working tonight!!!! He made the best sandwich so far and the best salad according to my mister! He appeared nervous and had no reason to be! Today we ordered two footlongs online from this subway. Everything that could have been done wrong - they got it wrong. starting with the type of bread, vegetables and sauce. They didn’t put sauce on one sandwich at all, although I wrote separately what kind of sauce was needed. Unfortunately, I cannot eat this type of bread. Why then these online instructions if they are not followed?
They don't have water cups so they say. They've forgotten my mobile order a few times. This location has gone downhill big time in the last few months. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really disappointed. I ordered online to make it easier for hubby to pick up since I hurt my back. I messed up his TUNA sub and did not delete the lettuce and fixings...but...WHERE IS THE TUNA? (see pics) Really stingy. One slice of provolone on one end? But, the salad makings were fresh. His bottle of tea was warm, not room temp but WARM! So he could not drink it. I ordered a salad with extra bacon and extra dressing. Just a few pieces before I realized 3 small pieces of bacon was it. No extra dressing so the salad underneath was dry. Some of the chicken was mushy, i wasnt even sure it was chicken. Not fresh???? Just disappointing for $25.95.
I've been to this location approximately a dozen and a half times over the course of the last 8 months. I'm not certain if the ownership changed, or just the staffing but the current staff just screams that they are inconvenienced by customers waiting to order. I have multiple occurrences where the food was not prepared as asked, including one time where I simply threw it away after the sandwich was wrong and the drink was water ( no syrup ) I walked out today with that as my final visit, following ten minutes listening to the two cantankerous employees complaining about being overwhelmed, bickering amongst one another, and talking poorly about a food delivery driver who was asking for assistance all in front of multiple customers.
