Seeing Torian Log Cabin requires time and efforts, so if you feel hungry after, come to this restaurant for a good meal. To order nicely cooked sandwiches is a truly nice idea. I come to this location quite often. I can wholeheartedly say that there’s a reason I keep coming back, and that’s because of the employees. I mostly visit in the afternoons/evenings when Ryan is working because she is so consistently on point. I always get greeted with a smile and amazing service. Thank you Ryan and team (I’m sorry I don’t know the other names, but you all are awesome!) Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is spotless and very clean. The owners are a married couple and they are the sweetest ever. So kind too. We went here to get lunch as it was less than 10 minutes away from the hotel we are staying at. The breads were fresh, the meats looked good, their marinara sauce for the meatball sub was thick and not water my like many other places. Also the chicken pieces for the sweet onion chicken teriyaki that I ordered were nice size pieces and were fresh and not soggy. Totally re comment this place to anyone who is nearby. The customer service was very good as well. Really enjoyed our time here.

Ambience - The restaurant got good parking space and clean, sanitised and well organised tables. Subs - The subs with fresh vegetables and chicken and juicy with chipotle. Love this place. So heres the issue: ordered 3 sandwiches plus a 1/2 loaf of bread. Workers said they had to charge us for a 6” veggie sandwich… for 6” of plain bread! $5.79 for that piece of bread. Owner: Be better than this! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Not only did they not make the sandwiches until my husband got there, but they switched the types of bread we wanted and didn’t put the bacon (which comes on the sandwich by default) or cucumbers, nor the extra olives that were requested. Edited 08/13/2023: I came in and my husband and I were doing 2 separate orders to use the coupons, and the lady working near close was super rude and tried to argue with us because she wasn’t listening. The customer service at this location is AWFUL and very rude. I placed an online order for take out, my order was complete but the employee ignored me and just went on about her business. She was very rude. Not like the sandwiches weren't done, they were sitting on counter in a bag. Very disappointing. Will go to a new location. Call in order. Ordering system was working. Sandwiches were maid when I got there. They were out of the spicy aïoli I normally have. They did not mention it. The cashier was friendly. The store was old but clean. The lot felt safe after dark.

I ordered ahead and my sandwich said it was done. I had to wait another 30 minutes. And I was late for work and I didn’t even get to eat for my break. Do better. Service Take out Service: 1
